We can only speculate how long it will take until they start exit this scam and whether it will be possible for all of us to prosecute the administration of Freebitcoin. As usual, it is very difficult to prosecute and get all money back when the administration itself does not depend on centralized system in order to move their money.

I believe this is worst because they are doing an outright scam for not allowing withdrawal while they accept deposits and still trying to attract players to deposit by letting their website live and email promotion still active.

I believe letting their website offline and exit already is much better than their current situation of still recruiting players to deposit just to trap balance.

I don't see current situation much different from exit scam. It's been 2 months since they made payments last time. Do they still sync their wallet? And I think that situation is even worse than exit scam because they're still making money from people who deposit there. So, there is still some money flowing and it's not worth yet to shut down site completely.
Taking legal actions against them? I'm very sceptical about it. Does anyone remember cases when users got their money back in similar situations? Because I can't.

Share proof of those emails you have allegedly received from this casino, of what you are saying is true, then it could be undeniable example of this service turning into a devious scheme to attract as much money as possible, disregarding the integrity of the money of those who decides to trust them from the very beginning.

Also,.l it catches my attention they decided to go for random people to promote their website in this state, instead of using their own agency or department of advertising... Perhaps it is not the actually staff of Freebitcoin, but some people impersonating them for God knows why

But are they really the real one sending that mails? because there are lots of crazy people pretending to be their official representative then send some offers as bait then scam them.

That's why its better for people to be more careful on what they are receiving and if they are really the real ones sending that I also guess that they cannot still fix their reputation if they do those things. Especially if they still have lots of issues left in this forum. So if they are eager to restore their reputation maybe they should start here. Since there's good chance that they can get their old gamblers if people see that they are doing something that can satisfy and regain back the trust of their community.

On site there are only numbers on a db.

The wallet don't reside on the host and also if it will reside, only the owner with a password or more than a password (multisig-wallet) can authorize transactions, not the hosting provider.

It's over a year and freebitco.in team are making some of us in the community to think that they can't rectify what has being wrong with their platform and restore things back to normalcy if they actually wants to. Because at this point they must have run out of excuses to give the community. If they wanted they could have continued to operate as one of the most successful casinos which managed Bitcoin as their main asset, but my guess is they committed the mistake to issue their FuN token and that being lack of monetary liquidity to their ecosystem.

There is no actual reason someone would get rid of a successful business as this was, unless it stopped being profitable for the owners and decided to take money from depositors instead.
My personal opinion is they were about to close down for good, so they had to decide to give people their money back and close down or pause all withdrawavals and keep the façade of high liquidity for a little longer, withholding all the money. It was certainly the wrong decision, but it is what they likely did.

No, that's not a new thing. It was there since the beginning. The only change in the banner is the APY rate. They also have a banner like that on the BTC withdrawal page for so long.
