4chan had some legal trouble recently as they wont comply with a national law for UK they might be banned, I think its to do with auditing users or something.  The cookie warning popup plaguing every site originates with the EU and lots of other laws.
  Im sure FBC has some trouble similarly with failing to jump hoops and no doubt its a blocked site in some countries possibly more in future but I dont know that would be the origin of an overall problem more a symptom.

They can always fixed it by restricting players from that region since they are already operating for a long time which means they knew exactly how to operate safely.

FBC are banned in Australia, Germany and some other countries. I believe Netherlands is one of them, I also believe just a few days ago Italy banned their website.

These countries may have issued large fines, hence the legal troubles, not to mention FBC are losing part of their customer base from these countries.

Other online casino are also banned on that region that you mentioned due to their license which is from Curacao or Anjouan(forgot which one) so I doubt this is the real reason. Why does country that you mentioned selectively choose FBC while other casino is also operating with same license.

This situation makes me wonder if they weren't faking their PF system as well. Has anyone actually confirmed rolls are legitimate? As in written your own scripts. I ask because I and others did this on another site and found that the site's "verifier" is pulling your result from their server and not actually using the info you put in and that, in fact, they were NOT PF because any scripts written to verify were failing to get the same results they were. I never did any tests on FBTC though so I'm unsure if theirs are actually PF or not.

LuckyBird is one of them that's still running. I also just confirmed that their PF system is still fake. In fact, I reverse engineered their PF system to find HOW it works, which is very creative, to be honest. The long story short since I know most here aren't tech-minded is, let's say they hash this:

clientSeed + serverSeed + nonce

What LuckyBird is actually doing is changing these up a bit depending on what they want you to roll, so for some, it IS CS+SS+Nonce. For others it's like this:

serverSeed + clientSeed + nonce
clientSeed + nonce + serverSeed
nonce + clientSeed + serverSeed
nonce - clientSeed : serverSeed
clientSeed + nonce - serverSeed

And so on. This gives them a whole slew of different options for a single bet and doesn't require them to change the nonce or seeds. If you do a small run there, say 10 bets, you'll see that they are all hashed using different methods of the above. So if CS+SS+Nonce would have been a win in a large amount but CS-SS:Nonce would have been a loss, that's the one they use instead.

Also, in terms of LB, I'm not even posting this as a request for people to trust me. It's taught me that if you're playing somewhere, you need to be checking this on your own. Maybe such users still can't believe that freebitcoin turned into a scam and are still hoping that something will change for the better.

I was surprised to see the notification from this thread after it has been inactive for a while because of the situation of the site, it has stopped functioning for a while now and people have moved on and those that have issues may have not gotten them resolved so we are good to say that nothing positive is happening right now with this site and we should avoid bumping this thread from now hencefort.

Minor problems with freebitcoin began to arise several months before TheQuin stopped being active on the forum.
It should also be noted that the freebitcoin PR reported only two months later that TheQuin was no longer active on the forum because he was supposedly focused on preventing some kind of fraud. Personally, I don't really believe this, and I think he just left the team.

I don't know if the Indian government can do anything about it, or even the place where they have the licence that was mentioned at some point. Caribbean tax havens allow many things, but they want to give an appearance of legality and should not tolerate this.

Well if that's really the case people can report it to Indian government so that they can take action. There's good chance that Indian government will take action especially if they see that there's certain issue like scamming happening in this casino. Lots of crypto casino has been banned in their jurisdiction so maybe they can also take action in this issue to.

They pay a fixed amount in dollars, as you said but the problem is that they are super low in quantity when converted to Bitcoins. Since Freebitco is a business model where users register and claim a free faucet, it will take them thousands of hours to collect enough money to withdraw them to their Bitcoin address.

When the Bitcoin's price was 100x low than it is today, it was 100 times easier to collect  0.00030000 BTC (which is the min amount necessary for withdraw). That's why their business model doesn't work today.

As a team who's running 20 faucets, and been doing it since 2017 we can share a few more important details.

The longer you've been running your faucets especially since the 201X years (FreeBitco.in started around 2013) - then the higher your risk is.

Why?

• You have old users who grabbed back then 0.01 BTC which was peanuts back then but nowadays is worth over $1000 - maybe even 1 single roll that a user got back then.
• You offer 50% Referral revenue so effectively this user is putting you not only with a $1000 liability but with additional $500!
• There is lots of fraud when it comes to such things, please read this article:

This article is 5 years old and describing what happened to FreeDoge.co.in which was owned by the same people.

If they wanted to save their business the things they should have done are perhaps things like we introduced in our faucets:

• Stop the hourly roll, they could have easily made it a daily roll, one roll a day, or 2-3 times a day, that's more than enough to still be considered as "Free Bitcoin" as it's still given for free, just like what we do.
• Explain your users you're not a bank! Do what CoinPayU for instance did*.
• CoinPayU said if you don't use the account for 90 days - you forfeit your balance! It might seem a bit unfair, but it gives benefits not only to the faucet operator but also to loyal users - why?
• Because those who stay loyal to you keep on being on your site - they should be rewarded. Someone who parked 0.05 BTC and forgot about it and wants to claim it after 2 years - that's not a user that gives you any benefit.
• Monetize the site - these guys barely monetized it with 1 single banner - that's not enough
• Be hands on with your business - provide proper customer service, around the clock, answer users, reply to their tickets, don't leave them hanging

That's what we do.
Can everyone without exceptions be happy with our products? No, but there are many happy users who keep on collecting, withdrawing and it's a far more a fair game.

I mean... If they are already taking Bitcoins out their casino and sending them to Binance, while at the same time withdrawing all liquidity from Uniswap, does not mean they are fully going for a rug pull ?

One thing is not being able to process withdrawavals, for whatever reason. There will be people who will say there is an innocent explanation for that... But removing liquidity from Uniswap is just another level of shadiness, is that is true and people won't have as much liquidity to swap their Fun tokens for other coins on Uniswaps, then it would be fair to say these people have gone completely for an exit scam.
