It seems to me that all the debate about the KYC is reduced to a very convenient amendment to the rules of participation in ICO, which sound approximately like this, "we have the right to change the rules at any time."

And you can not do anything about it. Here are two ways out - or just finish with it, or resign yourself and try to keep track of everything, pay more time. In every case there are problems and all of them are solved.

I think it is very unfair to ask KYC at the end of the bounty campaign. I joined Nucleus Vision bounty a few months ago and they asked my private information but still didn't give me the bounty reward.

What do you think about bounty campaigns that announce their KYC check at the end of the campaign? Many bounty hunters simply don't want to do that and the bounty managers or the ICO teams get free promotion for their projects.

Is this fair?

Every bounty thread should clearly state, wether there will be a KYC or not. We should ask the admins for changing the rules regarding this issue.

What do you think?

It is not fair and they should distribute the bounties to the participants as they planned in the beginning as many participants have joined into their bounty program because they knew that will not go through the KYC process as this is a really long and annoying process which most of us in the crypto world do not prefer and we avoid such verifications as much as we can.
Changing the terms at the end of the bounty is not fair but also if they are forced to do this then we can't do anything to accept this or leave the coins.

I don't think it is correct to ask for KYC procedure at the end of the Bounty campaign, I think it should be announced at the start of the campaign whether KYC is required or not.

That's right, leaving it is the best way. But some participants do things like creating a signature that the purpose is to solely degrade -call the ICO a scam- the ICO. Are this even safe for them? I mean aren't they accusing?

Many participants ask about the passage of the KYC in telegrams, before taking part in the company, I saw that managers answer yes or no.
Don't try to believe that anyone including dev or bounty managers are saying something in the telegraph group. I have seen many projects. They told us in the telegram group that they don’t need KYC, but when the bounty campaign ends, they don’t obey their promise. So, even if they told us at first that they don’t need KYC, it would be necessary to write on the ANN thread instead of the verbal promise in the telegram group.

Yeah, But I've been experienced this case before. Sometime the bounty manager can't help the bounty participants. The bounty manager can't do anything if the team project changes the rules. For now, I always ask to the team project or bounty manager regarding KYC for bounty, if they can't answer that question/pending the question, I prefer to leave that bounty.

I think the rules of campaign must be announced before the bounty begins.
And about kyc i think its good to doin that. because they want to determine if you are cheater or not!, a lot of users using multiple accounts to cheat on bounty campaigns.

Bounty manager should declare if before the bounty starts so that bounty hunters will have an option on joining the said campaign or not. For me, asking KYC when they bounty campaign is over is not fair on the bounty hunter's side.

Quite right. There should be an "I agree to KYC" option when joining the bounty. That way the hunter can choose for himself. In truth the ICOs ARE getting free promotion but still reserve the right to know who they are paying out with their tokens. This is actually more in the realm of  "Know your Supplier" and deserves complete transparency.

What is fair in that?
Many people do not like KYC and they will never join if they know they will be required to go through it.
And I would never join if they knew I was going to have to go through it.

In my opinion, managers must write about KYC in the beginning!  Also, cheaters can buy KYC data in darknet and pass all verifications. This procedure won’t stop cheaters.

at least this way can reduce cheaters, because not all bounty using KYC.
the request to verify KYC also not from bounty manager. but from the project developer team that held the ICO's. KYC is important for the team for the legal

Many managers try to deceive bounty hunters who want to remain anonymous and will never join the KYC awards. These managers should be banned on the  forum.

I don't like KYC i think it's too risky they're want to get your information especially your legit and personal id info how do we know that they're not scam and not use their gathered info's in scamming furthermore if ever bounty hunter not passed in their KYC there will be no payment for their works so this is unfair for bounty hunters like me.

KYC  is one of the ways to show the seriousness of the project. Transparency of the project and all its participants tells investors about the intentions.

I think that ICOs should clearly state, if there will be a KYC check or not, at the end of the campaign. As I am not interested to join a bounty that requires KYC check. I don't feel secure with KYC check, as our data can be manipulated.

I think all bounty campaigns should use KYC as it avoids some individuals who have more than one account or multiple accounts

What do you think?

Kyc at the end of bounty campaign is fair enough if they will just place it on the rules before the start of campaign therefore everyone will fix their kyc forms before participating on the campaign, for me it was fine, it only means that the developers are really serious about their project.

I have experienced this kind of bounty and it really sucks coz they did not tell it at the beginning and they are forcing everyone to KYC there profiles as soon as possible before they release the bounty , It's not bad if they announce it before the campaign start announcing it on the latter part of the campaign is a bad move for me.
