Yes, i always set 1 Ping Orders Buy && 1 Ping Order Sell for each markets i Open.

Only 1 thing : when you insert/add from interface a ping order Ping there's no check. Order is inserted with value written by user.

yes, I wrote a value by hand several times when max buy > min sell for long time and made a mistake once, almost bought LTC ten times as expensive but crypsy was slow enough so I managed to cancel it before any trade went through...

Lots of cryptsy issues tonight, had to cancel all my orders! Have to wait for some of my coins to reappear, I hope it all comes back soon.

NEw Version is Ready, but i cannot give you with all these problems on Cryptsy.
Tonight i have run this new version, and today i have found a lot of issue on my account : refunds never happens, orders not created etc etc...........

They really need new servers.
This is what happens.
I Run CAT from 23:00 PM (Yesterday) to 12:0 AM (Today), with very very few amount, it was only for test, over 5 markets.

Today when i wake up i found my portfolio value -3BTC
CAT completedly frozen, full of http errors
I Close CAT, open a Ticket...
Now, my account is slowly get refunds from previos orders.......very very slowly......

very bad too, I've run last session for 20 hours, now all orders cancelled, coins returning slowly and still don't know if the amount in estimated is final or not, especially because prices of many alts are recovering from last week peaks... if yes, I've lost again and have 0.08 loss despite 0.03 cumulative gain... I am happy I was careful and investing is only about money I can afford to lose, and I will trade bigger volumes only if cryptsy resolves their issues AND I start to be profitable in long-term again. Now I am losing about 5 days in a row, have 0.38 out of 0.50 since last profit withdrawal, partially by not using ping sell in the beginning.

I've lost quite some in a couple markets due to the fact that sell orders did not get filled. The market crash/downfall of BTC is obviously the culprit.
I was running aggressive mode, but now I would like to use normal mode to combat this happening.

So I was thinking of using - Sell All If % With Ref Price Is. However does anyone have a general idea of what the best value for this is? I understand it is different for all the different markets but maybe someone knows a general %i

i.e. when using C.A.T how can you combat devaluation?

are you able to trade with CAT now? I am still experiencing slow refunds of orders canceled.
Estimate dropped from 0.37 to 0.34 in 10 minutes with no trade in trade history, and no more coins returning... this begins to be really serious.
BTC price oscillates a lot, Sampey, consider implementing your algo to other market APIs: vircurex, btc-e, bitstamp, mtgox. I believe you can make $$$ from movements at different markets directly.

One issue that is quite disturbing for me.

When CAT has been running for many hours and it has performed more trades than what the screen can hold even if i slide the scroll bar down i cannot get to see all the trades. Is like if the scroll bar could not reach the bottom.

Can you add maybe a sort option to the gains log? so i can sort it from newer to older and keep watching always the newest trades? Same would be great for the console error, if new lines could appear at the top and move down with time instead of having to scroll down all the time.


Another interesting improvement i think could be to add the current value of each coin on Bitcoins, even maybe a % of the total assets. I think it is really useful because many times i run out of bitcoins or litecoins and i just need to keep writing every asset on an excel and check which one i have the most so i can sell to get some bitcoins and get the needed amount to trade.

Also having a way to just save everything and be able to restart the machine or CAT itself and have it running with the previous options in no time would be awesome.
