Ok, it's only the "Layout Setter" (java graphics library are different and you can choose the "standard layout"). I Try to force the best (imho) layout, but if you have it on PC, Java will choose default Layout.
If you look at the Snapshot (taken from my Cat Running on Win7) in Guide, i think you will see different GUI from your's

If you want you can try to start BAT only with :

javaw -jar  CAT.jar

I created a sell order through CAT.

Order got successfully created in Cryptsy and I am able to see that in open orders. But in CAT I am getting the below mentioned error...

It's seems that Cryptsy have create the orders, but the reuturn to CAT is without the ORDER ID (or is an empty result)

Can CAT be easily modified to trade in on btc-e or bitstamp as well? With the current problematic issues on cryptsy, its a loss just to run this program on cryptsy.

its a cryptsy server issue, try an audit from your balance tab.

can you add a button that FORCE the close tab.

when there's an error like this

You must wait until the Insufficient XXX in account to complete this order. Try To Adequate Order Creation Request occurs for 25 Times (the current number of retry).
When you use the STOP PROCESS while the Algo is in "Lookup State", your request will be queued (this is to avoid concurrent update).

Can you confirm this? Are you using BETA8?
But the FORCE Option is not bad, so i will try to write something about :-)

What to you see in the Error Log?
It takes near 20-25 minutes to made all 25 Calls. (If you get HTTP Error it never stops, but it's not your case)
