CAT Is Ready but Cryptsy is terribly slow.
If i give the next version, result will be that 90% of people will not understant that great part of the problems are because of Cryptsy servers and not Cat's Fault.
I hope to give new version tomorrow.

Sure, i am just introducing the values again now (i have just restarted) so it will take probably all the night to fill the scroll bar. But i will post it then.

When CAT has been running for many hours and it has performed more trades than what the screen can hold even if i slide the scroll bar down i cannot get to see all the trades. Is like if the scroll bar could not reach the bottom.

Can you add maybe a sort option to the gains log? so i can sort it from newer to older and keep watching always the newest trades? Same would be great for the console error, if new lines could appear at the top and move down with time instead of having to scroll down all the time.


Another interesting improvement i think could be to add the current value of each coin on Bitcoins on the general balance, even maybe a % of the total assets. I think it is really useful because many times i run out of bitcoins or litecoins and i just need to keep writing every asset on an excel and check which one i have the most so i can sell to get some bitcoins and get the needed amount to trade.

Also having a way to just save everything and be able to restart the machine or CAT itself and have it running with the previous options in no time would be awesome.

I tried with list of markets.

But while placing ping-pong order for FTC and PXC my balance got deducted but I am unable to see any open orders and also I am unable to see any entries in Running Algorithm tab (Also that tab colour was in black instead of red).

No error in error log. no open order in cryptsy and also no order in trade history. But funds got detected.

Running Algorithm Tab - cannot see any logs there and also seems that its not running (Normally while running the colour will be in red...right?)

I have reproduce the error. It's an error from Cryptsy server.
I have retryed and orders are created. Don't know what to do with Cryptsy's server works so bad...

Got one market zombie status because cryptsy lost order. I think it will be good in future to integrate some sort of notification service. For example, if some requiring attention thing happens (for example market zombie status) cat can send notification email, and trader can fix situation immediately.

A quick fix for CAT. There was a GUI bug which was creating those errors.

Just run it and everything will be fixed

Everyone be careful, it seems there is at least one guy trying to scam impersonating Sampey. Always make sure that anything you install comes directly from Sampey (with the M)

Oh shi.... Cryptsy working worser and worser. After 10 hours of running 10 markets 5 was impact by Zombie status. And Because pingpong log is cleared eentually i can't find time when market changed status to zombie and check Console Error for this time.

May be email is not so neccessary. With current situation all traders will lost sleep and every half hour must wakeup to restart markets :-D
Email sending is not too difficult. First googled recipe: http://www.mkyong.com/java/javamail-api-sending-email-via-gmail-smtp-example/  Yes, each cat owner must create gmail account, from which emails will be sending.
May be better solution is add additional tab in CAT with name "Alerts" and show important time+messages into it. For example "YYYY-MM-DD HH:II:SS ZET/BTC has zombie status".

I'm thinking to stop trading till cryptsy will solve performance issues. I can't imagine what they doing, that in two weeks they added only one server. May be their Software architecture was not ready for scaling...

Sampey, it looks like you got rid of a really nice safety feature. I accidentally clicked on the X instead of on the market tab and it closed the tab entirely. It used to not let you do that if a market was active.
