how to protect tokens from thieves or Hcker are:
1. protect the wallet address
2. make a wallet safety
3. open the wallet as per procedure
4. make google autentificator
5. do not open a malicious site site, let alone ask for private key wallet address
so in my opinion these five things are very supportive to secure our wallet from hackers

According to my opinion Store your altcoins in an offline wallet i.e the best option to secure your altcoins. if not then you can choose any best exchange which have a feature of 2FA or you you can store your altcoins in hardware wallet no one can stole your coins from hardware wallet.

If you want to keep safe your altcoins then firstly you have to very much careful about you private key and password. And don't click any fishing site because hackers are very dungarees. They are making fishing site and will send it your mail if you click on the site then your all information will lost. So keep your private key and your password safe and don't click any fishing site.

in web world anything is can be hacked even the most secured information offices is can be hacked, for the interim simply believe your wallet supplier to deal with and secure your wallet, in myetherwallet we simply have keys and in the trade we have 2FA security and secret word and it is ok until further notice.

What is the best methods to protect altcoin from hacker?

always secure your password and specially your private key. private key is the best and secured thing that you can assess in your wallet, additional, do not use any pssword in your wallet account which is very simple, dnt use your birthday or any personal info as your password, always think a unique word so that, the hackers will be destructed if ever that they want to hack your acccount

I strongly recommend you to use a good antivirus software to protect your computer against malware and virus that are designed to steal your crypto currencies. It is also good to invest in a hardware wallet for better security.

Protecting my attacking by means of retaining my private key in a private that no one can know except myself. Having a lot of back up so that you can have it if you lost the other one. Enabled some securities on your phone or laptop so that it might not get some important information. Always be careful of giving information like giving the right wallet address that required for participating projects.

With so many scammers and hackers around, it is important to be extra careful. There are many phishing websites of crypto exchanges and online wallets. Always check the websites’ URL and bookmark the websites you always use.

A reliable way is not to store passwords and keys on the computer. Use a USB flash drive or a paper. Smiley

The best way to protect coins are using hardware wallets. Those are invulnerable to hackers. They are just impossible to hack. The only way for those coins in hardware wallet to get lost is through someone stealling the physical wallet. And probability is low if you took care of it.

Anything on the web are vulnerable on hackers attack. This includes tokens and coins in our online wallets. But to get rid of it take some safety measures for yourself, first,  don’t ever entertain any email that contains links that maybe a phising site and also never ever let your private key known by other users or leave it unattended

The only way to protect your altcoins from any hacker attacks is hold your altcoin in any hardware wallet and there are many options of hardware wallets available in the market and you can choose as per your requirement and transfer your coins in that wallet. That wallets are 100% full proof from any hacking attack because only you have control of that wallet.

I usually use the core wallet for my altcoin! At the moment, things are very good! I think the use of these wallets will ensure safety. Overall! Important is the use and confidentiality of information!

In my view, the most simple way is store your private keys in your safe place. The most safe ways is using a hardware wallet if you have one, which is the most secured and added some metamask extension. The reason is the hardwallet has some extra layer of protection that can easily block those hackers from getting your keys, you will need to manually input your keys using the phrase or cryptographic passwords from your seed. I'm also using hardwallet and it is still safe untill now.  Cheesy

There are a lot of good ways to protect our cryptocurrency from hacker but I think it depend on how we keep our wallet information safe or not Smiley).

For now as I can see, a lot of holders and investors often wanna use ledger nano s to keep their altcoin and token cause it's the most secure wallet at the moment, I also think it's the best way for now Smiley

The only safe way to store you alts is to store them in a hardware wallet such as Ledger or Trezor. When you generate a seed using a hardware wallet it is not shared with the computer system and hence even if your computer is having any kind of malware or virus, the seed can never be compromised.
