What is the best methods to protect altcoin from hacker?

I think it's better to keep all the passwords from sites only in notebook,  and not on the computer !!!

Its best to take care of your credentials, hide your private keys, keystone key, etc. Store them safely. And its best if you have enough money, buy a hardware wallet. Storing your digital assets in a hardware wallet is the best option.

The best way to protect your altcoins is by securing the private keys at a place which is not generally used. For example storing them in an old phone, in an external hard drive or on a laptop which never goes online. The key here is to protect your keys from being stolen by the hackers because that is the only way they can take away your alts.

You do not need to save the wallet on the computer, for example, you can store a wallet on a flash drive, be careful when working on the site and not provide information to third parties

Keep them in a cold wallet. The main thing is not using cloud services to store passwords, they are often hacked. Also it is necessary to not  store your coins on stock exchanges.

I think that the only way to protect your altcoins from any hacker attacks is hold your altcoin in any hardware wallet and there are many options of hardware wallets available in the market.

I think the best way to protect your cryptocurrencies, preventing them from stealing from hackers is to encrypt your wallets before using them, and do not save any of your passwords, private keys or dat files in email or dropbox

the most important thing in maintaining our crypto asset is not based on the security of a wallet or exchange, but more to our own individual, never indiscriminately enter your private key, because very many phishing websites today, and also do not click the link you get via email or other unidentified personal messages.

Yes you are right. Now you need to be very careful not to go to phishing websites and never to divulge your key to anyone. I would advise for everyone to have a hardware purse to protect yourself even more.

It depends on the amount you hold. If you are a investor and have a lot of coins to protect I suggest you to go for a hardware wallet as it is offline nobody but you could have access to it. And if you have small amounts of coins then MEW is enough to protect it and there are plenty of other wallets out there.

Take care of your private key, passwords and dont click. shared on any social media sites, etc. the only reason why hackers have the access on your account is because they successfully get your key.

Use different passwords on all exchanges and also use only reputed exchanges. There is still no 100% guarantee to remain safe from hackers.

Use password generator. This is proven effective for creating super strong passwords, in comparison with manual writing.
If you are not familiar with the password generator, then the author will give you a tool that has its own author test password strength generated.

These are encryption codes consisting of iterations, versions and payload and are used to improve the security of your passwords.
It is very important to ensure that your personal passwords are confidential and secure.

we as a person who owns altcoin and holds altcoin in the wallet should always keep the passkey unknown to others and not trapped, I think that's one way to secure our account

What is the best methods to protect altcoin from hacker?
Do you want to feel secure for your token? I highly recommend if you use hardware wallets like trezor and some other hardware wallets, you will not worry anymore with troubling hackers. This is what I did to secure some of the token and altcoin assets I own.

I do not take any action to protect my tokens. I keep my Exchange sites on my tokens. I make money by always buying and selling.
Some of my friends keep their tokens in their offline wallets.

Paper or hardware wallet seem to be the safest. My ledger is extremely convenient to use but I still sometimes wonder about it's security.

What is the best methods to protect altcoin from hacker?

I just open my MEW in times that I will already trade my coins. I opened my account less to avoid phishing sites so that my private keys or passwords or seed are all safe. Well coins in MEW can be visited without the need to log in the account. Just go to etherscan.
