I had a withdrawal sent twice (for .0534, my username is billdozer121212@gmail.com). Unfortunately, this was sent to a dice site which I have absolutely no control over. Thus, my funds cannot be returned. I have sent at least 10 support emails and I'm always told "payments team is looking in to this". Could you please put these funds back into my account? This happened over 10 days ago, and I'm growing extremely frustrated.

I have been with Cloudbet for almost a year now and I've never had any issues until today. I have a pending Withdrawal &  I've never dealt with this as all of my transactions were always instant. Is anyone else having issues currently? I will notify if this issue is resolved & how long the process takes. Thanks.

(EDIT) I was completely worried that I wouldn't get my winnings, especially after a simple Google search that discusses withdrawal issues by Cloudbet. After about 3 1/2 hours the withdrawal was complete & the btc transferred to my wallet.

They don't allow parlay in-live betting any longer and even when you want to bet on the games that have 2 minutes left of actual time left in matches they give a message for each game "we are sorry but the match you are wanting to be is no longer available."

Your system for in-live sports betting was alright. Why change it to this? It sucks and I or nobody in their right mind would be using your new and "improved  " system ever again!

This actually happens on a lot of sites. Would be nice to have a system like DB on cloudbet, which confirms bet with best odds. So this way the bet goes through and if odds have decreased, they change the payout based on the odds at the time the bet was made.

For odds yes but for customer service they fail. They took long to fix a problem and problems are continuously happen.

Probably when you try and bet on live games. I have that issue when I bet on live games and then it immediately disables the option to bet on it.

Currently, we run two models. On some markets we never limit customers (bet again and again for the max if you wish), and on some markets we limit some customers.

We are moving all markets towards our new models where customers are never limited. This has been in process for some time as we need to test each market carefully. It is likely we will have all markets on our new system in the next 4-6 weeks.

On which markets are you being limited? Are they live or pre-match? If you let us know, we could possibly prioritise those markets.

I placed a live bet on the NFL 2nd half Under 34.5 of the Jags game bet slip ID 2722437 My bet was still being processed while the Bengals where throwing the ball into the end zone. I know that this happened for a fact because I am watching this on Direct tv and as bet is processing I here Touchdown! and thought it had to be a highlight it was not. I have had similar problems as well. I gamble on cloudbet extensively and would appreciate, if there is a feature for a ive bet to be accepted at current odds like DB does. More like a system, which user accepts and then when the bet gets processed, it gets processed at that current odds, instead of the time when the user is trying to make the bet.

This needs to be reported to the licensing agencies. Cloudbet will accept a bet if the odds change in its favor (i.e. if something bad happens to your side in the match you just tried to bet on), but reject bets where the odds change in your favor.

Additionally, I've had a measley .02btc withdrwawl pending for 4 hours now. What the fuck? Get your shit together, cloudbet.

Bitcoin casinos are hardly licensed so it won't do you any good. I don't know if it happens only when its in their advantage, but I think a similar thing happens in a lot of casinos. Also they are not legally bound to accept the bets.
