How about it now Cloudbet? 9 weeks have passed since the day you said that within 4-6 weeks you would move to your new system where all customers have the same limits in livebetting.....how about it?

lol warning alert, bet not accept 10 minutes then when odd down from 1.8 to 3.12 it accept  mean nearly accept if certainly gamer lost my game bet over 0.5 HT odd 1.8 minute 30 of match and cloudbet still not confirm then 10 minutes later no goal it confirm my bet over 0.5 odd 1.8 when HT have 5 minute before finish, admin please answer  |

Dan, I send problems to your support team all the time, and all they do is say "we'll investigate and get back to you". Well, this time I'm going to post here because the public should know. I had placed a bet that stayed in the pending state for 5+ minutes. I logged in and logged out and the bet was still flashing yellow --- not accepted. I placed the bet for a stake of .05btc @ 3.0 odds. Finally, the bet was confirmed. However, when the bet was confirmed, the odds were over 7.0. I ended up winning the bet, however, it was paid at 3.0 odds when in reality it should have been paid at over 7. I expect my account to be credited the difference. Attached is a screenshot of my pending bet next to the odds when they had moved to 6.0. Sorry Dan, your explanation is incorrect and appears to place blame on the customer (me). I logged in and out several times AND checked my pending wagers and it did not appear there at all. Additionally, I sent a screenshot of my pending bet next to the ever-changing odds. How is my browser updating the odds but not showing the bet as confirmed?

Hi cloudbet I have Some errors that I have encountered and I see in are the same problem in a lot of people especially can't get out again when I want bet to enter. I sent in a screenshot for this but I do not get any results usually take a bet on the bet I will order if I get always happens I can't get other bets.?

You guys are clueless. I have been emailing support about this match for 12 hours now. It ended 18 hours ago. OFFICIAL results are on the ITF tennis page. Look under "quarterfinal". http://www.itftennis.com/procircuit/tournaments/men's-tournament/info.aspx?tournamentid=1100038029Anyways, since cloudbet has been holding funds owed to me (.06 btc --- such a measley amount), I was not able to make a bet that I wanted. BUT, I emailed support well before the game began with the message seen below.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I've tried 4 different browsers and cleared my cookies..................still can't get in. Anyone else? Everybody seemed to get this error and support just says too clear your cookies or try a different browser What a poor way to treat your customers. For shame cloudbet your site is very bad technically as you can see from many complaints here from our forum members. And just because you are stepping up just now your customer relations support does not replace the fact that your site has poor structure and too much downtime compared to your competitor sites. I am moving on to them today because of all the issues and delays your site has been having that has cost me 1.6btc in potential winnings from the last 4 days of this mess that your site is in! |

They should more online support to the CS team, or let technical support to be the CS. Since they have earned a lot, they should pay more on CS team, which people are usually discussing. |

What a shame of a reason to have all their customers forced to leave for a hassle free gaming experience due too them being so dam greedy and not paying the ones who are actually doing the hard work and not sitting on a beach in the Bahamas. I will be moving to their competitors who actually give a dam about how their customers feel about how they are treated concerning throwing away their money to this bloated company. They act like a Mickey Mouse operation once they have enough of the "losers" money but this is what they think.  |

It may cost just 2000 usd*3=6000 usd, they can also find them from internet, means less salary than in real office staff. |

I don't understand why there are so many complaints. It would be better if Cloudbet introduced some kind of rewards to encourage customers to gamble on the site.
