Hi Cloudbet, thanks for engaging and responding to some queries brought up with in the community

Mine is regarding the recently concluded Pragmatic play summer tournament. Initially (when the tournament was running) one was able to see a clear leaderboard with points amassed, initials of Usernames and the positions but today on checking out, all I see is TBC?
What is the reason for this?

KYC have nothing to do with accessing any features on cloud bet, yes cloud bet may requires KYC on demand, that is you may register on cloud, play whatever game you wish get your winnings withdrawn without being ask to under go KYC, KYC is demanded on some basis, one is either the casino have a basic criteria to trigger it, or when your account activities are suspected to be against their community.

Clouldbet didn’t make it compulsory to complete KYC before you can deposits play and withdraw your funds from them, as far as you register with your email address, and you complete level one KYC which is just to register your phone number, you can place you bet or you can gamble, but there is a limit to your withdrawal.

You can only withdraw $2200 without KYC, but the limit will increase after you did your KYC. I did a review due cloudbet and I was able to deposit and withdraw my funds without KYC.

Hey guys! Cloudbet team back again to answer forum questions that have come in so far.

I would be a lot more interested in your site if there was some sort of great cashback program akin to programs offered by sites such as Megapari where you get a fixed percentage back on losing bets.

Rakeback is alright, but is nowhere as great as flat cashback on losing bets. Good improvement to the site overall though team.

You can withdraw your money once you use all your deposited money to bet meaning, you need to use 100% of your deposited money before you can withdraw any amount of money.

It is not a must that you have to accumulate $2,200 or more before you can withdraw; you can withdraw any amount from the casino platform, but you can’t withdraw any money above that limit until you undergo KYC.

I sadly have to report a problem with one of my Cloudbet bets that was settled incorrectly.
Match was Newcastle United vs Liverpool and everyone knows Liverpool won 2:3, but for Cloudbet final result was 2:2 
I placed only a small bet, but this is not acceptable behavior from casino, and it is worse for such big games.
I will have to update my Cloudbet review after this.

Liverpool did score a late winner that's for sure... Unless data provider left before final whistle because match almost looked like it was going to settle for that 2-2..



Want to learn something here, what does this handicap you picked mean here... I know the easier handicaps of ±1 or ±1.5 meaning plus or minus goal give an advantage or disadvantage a team depending on who is the favourite, but with your game play would you care to interpret this one... Hope they review your betslip too...

They simply don't want to pay because they are scammers.

They simply don't want to pay because they are scammers.

We went with rakeback because we felt like "loyalty" isn't dependant on winning or losing. It means you're playing with Cloudbet, so you should get rewarded whether you're hot or cold. It also allows us to do TURBO, which adds an even higher reward for a limited time for casino players. A lot of users now time their biggest sessions around TURBO to maximize their rewards, which is a good sign they like the new system. Still, we get what you're saying. After a cold session, it's nice to get a little something extra. We've tried to build that into the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly rewards, but interested to hear this feedback and will take it to the team. Thanks much!

The representative probably checked the exact email content that you provided on your screenshot to match any conversation happened in the past to check their record if they really sent that kind of email.

Understandable and your welcome. Am not much of a casino gamer and focus more on the sportsbook side though I get why so many gamblers appreciate your rakeback system due to the rewards that you pointed out.

Cashback on losing bets are offered by only a couple of sportsbooks out there since it's a risky feature, but is special and unique. Looking forward to future improvements of this site.

Their withdrawal process is very secure, they will send you email to authorize the transaction by yourself to avoid anyone tempering with your funds in your absence, that’s cool and the withdrawal is very fast because I received my funds signing two minutes.

I received email explanation and It appears that I didnt play real Premier League but some EPL Simulated Reality League  
I didnt know this competition exist and I think cloudbet should work more on making clear difference from real leagues.
Now I added Premier League and other top league as favorites to avoid this from happening in future.
