You can do absolutely nothing with them. If you were on any other site you can exchange them for some mbtc or free spins or prizes.
But with this site you can not. It is just a cash grab place if you look at the site. 5btc deposit bonus means nothing if you have to spend 40btc just to get it completely. Cause just to get 1btc I had to use 8btc just to get 0.01btc paid out every 800mbtc I wagered with! That is just not right when you spend that much and can not even use the points you get from those bets/losses. That right there feels like you are being cheated!
I have got the same amount of loyalty points and they are just wasted and go towards nothing!

What bet was it? Was the event canceled? I've found that cloudbet takes pretty long to settle a canceled bet, but settles other bets pretty quickly. Have you sent them an email asking about it, or PMed them?

I think it's just specific markets/events they suck at settling, and ones that are canceled. ML bets seems to settle well.

I must say that I'm really impressed how cloudbet changed their withdrawals
I had two withdrawals in the last two days and both of them were approved instantly 
hopefully cloudbet will keep handling their site the way they are handling it now

I noticed that when you are placing a bet in live-play that it took off some bets in a parlay that would not allow you to place a bet.
What a screwy system to not let the player win.
