Over the time, I have read a number of complaints like this, but with ticket submission and followup, they have all be corrected.  I would just like to know why the site keeps having that issue?  I understand how the whole system works, but it seems odd to have the same issue over and over again and nothing be done to correct the issue.  Could it be that there are not enough bets to even the sites edge and it pushes bets on hold until there is enough?  Not accusing, just asking if anyone else has such an opinion?  I have stayed away from this site because of these issues.

Which game was this and what was the outcome? This would help your inquest to find out what happened to your winning wager.

And I do notice that the sports betting part on the site has been going down hill technically with missed bets and the site just hanging so you don't get that big win when you are placing a bet that is in live play.
A very poor design from all the additions they claim were done to "improve the experience using the site".

Cloudbet usually grades my slips instantly but there are a few times when it takes hours...

There grading system is not good, very slow of some matches, there are so many people complain here.

You should message their support if there are delays. Sometimes that helps solve the issues. But recently even that has been really slow.

I wanted to bet NFL Futures and I noticed they had several really good odds. So I made a deposit and went to make my bets. EVERY SINGLE BET when I placed my bet, they said the odds moved to really crappy odds. And the old fake odds are still showing up on their site, duping more people. They have to be doing that on purpose.

So I tried to withdraw what I had deposited as there are no bets I want to make on the site. Withdraw gets rejected with no explanation or email sent to me about it. I just tried to withdraw again, they are probably going to tell me there is some play through requirement or something. Trying to force me to make shitty bets that I don't want to make, when the only reason I deposited was their fake odds. Such bullshit.

This site is a bunch of crooks every time I win a bet it's stays pending for 3-4 days and then they cancel it and tell me there was a pitching change and I usually place bets 1 hour before game. so now on days 2 I'm waiting on a pending bet And it's gonna be the same outcome as the last 10 times gets went unsettled for almost a week. I bet here before, now I see so many grading delay in this site, I won't bet here any more. It will be closed in one day. 4-5 days is abnormal, looks like a scam

What games did you bet? Big tournaments will be graded very soon, but they grade small tournaments very slow.

my longest sttled bet is 4 hours and its very small amateur game.. no way big game come in that log time.. i hope admin graded your bet soon
