Cloudbet account last logged in on April 2nd which is exactly 3 months ago. I forgot the name of the head but we used to have good communication between us. Hopefully they will restart their Bitcointalk networking.
As I said before, maybe if someone can contact them again and try to talk about campaign bitcointalk, they might consider again running campaign here on Bitcointalk.
This is the first casino I ever tried using bitcoins and it's also because of bitcointalk the time they running campaign here.
Right now, they're making some moves through email and asking users to answer surveys in exchange of chance to win 50€.
Even if they are not thinking of running a campaign, I think it's important to be active since they have an ANN thread here. Problems can arise that impact their reputation, and they need to be addressed by a representative. What I've observed about their past campaigns is that they weren't long-term. I'm not sure if I participated before, but I know them because there were only a few sportsbooks before, like during or before the bull run in 2017.
Someone should contact them about the issue and maybe ask if they want to run a campaign again. It should be a reputable campaign manager who reaches out to them.
They are relying to much on their fame and they think are to confident that no issue will arise that's why maybe they decide to go inactive here. But I guess this will create a big trouble for them especially if they didn't take any fast actions on those issues posted against their casino.
They can't rely solely on their fame because the more popular a casino is, the more there are people who would like to destroy it. They need to be active to prevent that from happening, as silence on their part might result in a drop in confidence from the gamblers. Of course, they are still popular, which is why most of us know the casino, but the competition is getting bigger. They need to step up in protecting their reputation, as that's the most important thing in this business.
Also maybe they don't really have a plan to run for another campaign since if they really have an interest with these things then I guess they are the one will go here then seek for reputable manager to handle their campaign. What they need to do now is to take care those issues and maybe spend some time in their thread so people could see their presence and possible to solve any potential issues that might happen to their existing bettors in this forum.
I guess so, but if they don't see the necessity anymore, they should at least be active in the forum, as that's the purpose of having an ANN thread here. Also, the ANN thread is supposed to have more announcements about the updates of the casino regarding its competitions and bonuses which we are not seeing anymore here.
