https://ibb.co/B3qsJRyIsnt this too much😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Already send this people selfie...dni...bill... are they fucking serious i have to buy a newspaper😂😂😂 This is the first time I heard of a selfie with an ID and a newspaper outside the house premise. Is the staff toying with you? That actually isn't funny, taking selfies on the street might result in a possible accident. I find it insulting to think that the staff is trying to make fun of the player. I would understand the newspaper, ID, and Pen to mark the newspaper with Cloudbet but on the street?... I think the requirement has gone too far.

Best of all is that still didnt tell me the reasonn for all of this. They acting like 1xbit lol. This an old crypto sportsbook and doesnt have anyone here in this forum?
You are entitled to know what’s the reason for implementing this unique KYC procedure because you are there customer. Why not create a reputation thread about this if you are sure that you don’t know what’s the reason and cloudbet is not allowing you to know what is it. What exactly you do on the casino before this KYC hammer down to your account. Make it brief so that everyone can catch up to your story.

Often times KYC only needs a selfie of ID and a piece of paper where the name of the company is written to it. And the picture is taken inside the house or in front of the PC. I am also curious why Cloudbet needs the player to take a picture outside on the street. If they are suspecting the person of living in the restricted country then a Passport and a daily issue of a local newspaper with cloudbet markings on it are enough, IMO.

Unfortunately, there isn't an active Cloudbet representative here anymore, and I would really like to see their reasoning as well.

According to their Terms of Service, they could ask a user some identification material which I think the requirement of "outside the house" still pass that criteria. User brandonlang also has negative trust tag from yahoo62278 which is somehow related to how he acts.

I’ve done KYC on other popular casino before and they just need me to submit my ID and Proof Address without requiring me to send selfie holding the ID and some required selfie but holding only the ID without any peculiar request and so on. Cloudbet seems making there KYC to the next level for whatever reason they are holding right now. AML has no specific procedure on the KYC so I believe this is just a personal protocol of Cloudbet.

A site doesn't have to give you a reason to ask for verification. It is well within their right to ask. You could be losing thousands or winning thousands, it doesn't matter.

Asking me for verification and doesnt want to tell me the reason😂😂😂😂😂😂
You have two choices to make. If you don't feel like carrying out KYC verification, then just chill. It's that simple. What is said in their terms of service is very clear. You don't deposit and play in a gambling site minus reading and understand the terms of service.

User brandonlang also has negative trust tag from yahoo62278 which is somehow related to how he acts. Regardless of the trust rating which I believe is not related to the kind of KYC cloudbet is asking, their TOS clearly stated that it only needs proof of date (which is the newspaper issue) and the identification material (which is represented by the ID and the cloudlet markings on the newspaper). Those two had already met the requirement, and taking the selfie on the street is way overkill,IMO

Furthermore if someone can submit all documents for KYC, then they shouldn’t mind submitting the selfie and therefore I totally agree with @yahoo62278. A site doesn't have to give you a reason to ask for verification. It is well within their right to ask. You could be losing thousands or winning thousands, it doesn't matter.

This complaint of yours is quite similar to the one you made against duelbits. anyway, I'm confused as to why you keep creating accounts on gambling sites that states that they could ask you for your KYC along the way.

In fact he is the same user that post that complaint against Duelbits, Betnomi and other casino for whatever he is doing to his casino account that requires him to ask KYC. He probably using some software to exploit casino games or abusing bonus using multiple accounts that’s why the casino is asking him KYC and in the case of cloudbet maybe they knew this user for being a fraud player.

It is the same complaint made everywhere by many users of most of the gambling sites. I am not quite certain why much of the users do not expect being asked for KYC if their withdrawals become larger. They should have their identification cards ready and other required documents if the gambling site asks for them.

The user already submitted selfie for the KYC but it looks like the casino isn't convinced and wants more. Brandon must have pissed off Cloudbet by trying to game their sportsbetting system and that's why they are also asking ridiculous methods to further verify his location and identity. It could also be a case of using and submitting fake identity/docs.

We cannot forget that this type of information may be mandatory to be collected, because of the laws of each country. That's why Cloudbet only officially operates in a few countries, and has to follow the laws in force for online casinos.

The KYC details is not question here because we all know that it’s the requirements of the law. The one that many user made comment was the procedure of the KYC of cloudbet is not the usual way KYC works. It looks like it was specifically designed to the accuser for something that he done to cloudbet support. The accuser is known for doing this same complaint about KYC to other casino and he only encounter this specific KYC procedure on this casino and the rest of his case is just whining about requiring him to do KYC but not this manner that caught my attention. But we don’t have any bearing here to decide this matter for cloudbet on how they handle this matter.

So in this case, there is already something bad told in this story and some relevant information missing. But, logically, Cloudbet does not have to make any justification here, because this could violate personal information.

Those two had already met the requirement, and taking the selfie on the street is way overkill,IMO I could be wrong, but by taking the street sign or building name, I think they are trying to confirm his location. It's the first time I see such an unusual requirement, but the complainant has no choice right now if he wants to be able to withdraw his money. What I usually see being asked as proof of address is something like a bill payment receipt or a bank statement.
