One of the reasons why you are moderating and representing them here in the forum is to address lighter cases and and also forward deeper, technical, strong, and other cases you can't handle here to them for resolution. Before a User came here to complain, he might have sent an email to them but no respond from them so as the user complain here, you forward the matter to them and if you present it to them, they would attend to it faster. So you can help him to present the case to the support team you are working with.

I equally thought this would be the best approach for more efficient problem solving, but unfortunately it's not a one shoe fits all solution and maybe we are spoilt by how other casino's handle cases of their forum customers by the casino forum representatives being mediators of getting a solution... But I guess all casinos have their own approach to problem solving.
