If a friend asks me about this casino, or how it works and if it is legal, she would have serious doubts to answer.

Customer care service is another arm or wing of a company or organization. The Swift response to issues or matters when customers are in need of urgent help and need immediate response is a major focal point.  This is a major factor that somehow attracts customer. I have been able to do a survey on customer care and I came to realize that many people left patronizing their regular vendors to another because of their customer service. This gave me an insight of a better management skills to look more into customer services as a priority so as to satisfy them properly because without them theirs no business and money  to run and maintain their services. So therefore, every casino should be able to look into their customer services or else they tend to loose more customers because nobody wants to waste his or her time waiting for customer service that is most responsive in time. They would rather take the next platform than wasting their precious time.

I can understand this waiting time, I made a clear selfie(I know the rules from other casino’s) maybe if you send a bad quality, you keep sending Documents. For me they checked it in 3 days waiting time.

You should spread the positivity now as they paid your $110k withdrawal without any difficulties. They had requested for the KYC documents, which is reasonable for such big withdrawal. Cloudbet has pretty bad ratings on Trustpilot. We haven't seen those kind of accusations here in the forum. There is no way to judge whether those scam reports are valid or not.

I think you are taking a lot of risk in putting a lot of money in this casino, you are so confident in this casino because it is an old casino that you are making a big mistake that could cost you losing all your money. basic rule: when a casino has scam accusations and the people who are running the casino don't come to solve the problem, they don't come to talk about what's going on, they don't show up to justify themselves and tell their side of the story and show proof of what they are talking? so this casino no longer care about customers because they think they have a lot of customers so giving importance to a small number of customers is something they don't care about, are you trusting so much money in a casino with this behavior?

Do you think all these claim cases that are on trustpilot are fabrications? I can even accept that someone may be spamming, but I think there are real cases of complaints on trustpilot, but where is the casino to go to deny it? they don't show up. I do not thing that they are fraudsters but usually when everything is Ok with casino people just play casino and do not write any reviews at all but when there are problems people begin to write about them on all the forums and monitors and sometimes they write about one problem several times and people thing that there is not one problem but many problems.
