99% of the account that didn’t get back are from the users who abused the casino promotion. I’m sure cloudbet email you about the reason for requiring you to KYC. You can have your account back if you comply with there KYC requirements. They just have a unique KYC method as reported by other user here but you will surely recover your account once you complete the KYC.

My comment is not aimed in the direction of Cloudbet but is rather generic in that there is definitely a case to what you stated because those casinos that have a history going back years with positive reputation, reviews and feedback will try their best to keep themselves away from controversy. There are others on the flip side that could get a licence (or simply buy one) and trade for a while before selectively scamming users en-route to mass scamming and an exit strategy.

If I were to hazard a guess, I would be more inclined to believe newer casinos would be more likely to do it whereas established casinos would be less likely.

Still, I think we need to pay more attention not to the casino license, but to how long it works on the market. Reputation is important for a casino, and if a casino works for a long time, then it tries to do everything honestly in order to preserve its reputation.

after I saw your post I also went to see the review on trustpilot and I confess that I am shocked with so many complaints, this is not a good thing and it is definitely something scary, the complaints start from September 1st to today, it had 9 complaints, I don't know if all or at least part of them has been resolved or not, but I haven't seen them responding on trustpilot then it's something to worry about. For your case I suggest you do the following:

- send PM to @Cloudbet

the guy hasn't been active since the 16th of March, but you have to send him a PM and if 7 days pass without your problem being resolved then you should open a scam accusation

Is the lawyer able to refuse the case even if they give him a lot of money because he won't be able to find where the casino's headquarters are to start the criminal process

I'm pretty sure this is a complaint from a multi-account as Cloudbet has been tested for years and they have no problem processing any withdrawal (they have hundreds of bitcoins in their reserves). But their adherence to principles is unparalleled .... I think if the user violated the rules, then Cloudbet is not one of those who will go to the meeting.

You are all good if you didn't abused any promotion or money launder(deposit>few bets on low house edge games>withdraw multiple times). There are a lot of case here that get there money back after they do the KYC. You have a huge balance in your wallet which above the maximum amount for non KYC users. It's a requirements of AML and some casino has this kind threshold to there players to required KYC.

Don’t panic and just update us here what’s the support response to your case. We are backing you up in case that you prove that your account is clean while cloudbet is holding your balance after you do KYC. Goodluck!

You don't need to tip anyone here because you and cloudbet staff is the only one who can resolve the issue at the moment. Just send the requirement what they ask because this will make you fill what they require to you to provide, if still they insist to proceed and make your withdrawal request granted then maybe its time for you to file a case against them. But for now I think you are good since Cloudbet still solving issue like this so maybe waiting for their action is best to do at the moment.

It's not the cryptocurrency but the online casinos that will be regulated. Few years back, these gambling websites aren't that strict. I still remember playing on many websites without worrying to do KYC. They just set a limit that would trigger someone's account to do it like the user will withdraw an amount more than $1000. If you're just a small time gambler during that time, you won't need to compromise your privacy just to withdraw some small amount if you manage to win some.

Every day the rules of regulation are tightened and if earlier KYC was necessary only for large winnings, now KYC is needed by all casino players. And it becomes more casino with passing KYC. At least all major casinos have KYC.

There is no need to panic if you did nothing wrong. I think the KYC check is their normal procedure given that it's even talked about in their terms of service. Just do as instructed, pass the KYC verification and I believe they will let you withdraw the money

There's a case that I closely followed where a user's account was unblocked, and he got back his money even when he had made a deposit from a banned Country. Of course, they had to be lenient because the User didn't want to undergo KYC verification and the amount wasn't that much.

My comment is not aimed in the direction of Cloudbet but is rather generic in that there is definitely a case to what you stated because those casinos that have a history going back years with positive reputation, reviews and feedback will try their best to keep themselves away from controversy. There are others on the flip side that could get a licence (or simply buy one) and trade for a while before selectively scamming users en-route to mass scamming and an exit strategy.

If I were to hazard a guess, I would be more inclined to believe newer casinos would be more likely to do it whereas established casinos would be less likely.

Still, I think we need to pay more attention not to the casino license, but to how long it works on the market. Reputation is important for a casino, and if a casino works for a long time, then it tries to do everything honestly in order to preserve its reputation.

If the casino values its reputation, it will do everything possible to preserve and maintain this reputation. It is very important that the casino is as transparent as possible in order to increase the trust of users and players.

Transparent on what? I think they privately made the investigation on the flag accounts so that those abuser will not get any idea on how to avoid them. So I guess its really good to wait for the investigation to bw done if there it since for sure the old casino which I think still running good will not ruin their build reputation.

Yeah, This is dangerous for those user that selling there verified gambling account in the market. I saw many users before that selling this kind of accounts and most probably it was hacked account. Worst scenario was your KYC account got hacked and used to cheat in the casino while you have the ID for the casino to trace and sue you for the violations that scammer did. This is what I’m avoiding too on submitting my KYC on casino.
Due to hacked accounts and fraudulent users, the casinos themselves suffer. After all, if a player has conceived fraud, then even despite the presence of KYC, he will use a fraudulent or hacked account.
On any forms of business, there will always be abusers like that but business owners can do something to stop them. If it's an online casino then they can increase their website's security and they can also enforce a KYC to intimidate those who will try to abuse their sites but if ever the abusers insist to and they are caught out, it will be easier for the casino to trace them.

Some criminals will just hack someone's account that are verified already by a KYC and they will use it for their exploits. Problems like this will be solved out easily if a user who got hacked will cooperate on the casinos immediately and then the casino will freeze their accounts.

Hello all,

I have been playing on Cloudbet. Lots of transactions are made. I lost, I won. But never my withdraws was rejected. On Wednesday they requested me to do KYC on website. I have done it in 15 mins. After that I made succesfull withdraw 30.000 USDT. Then I played on live games again I won and my account reached to 55.000 USDT. I requested to withdraw 40.000 USDT but they rejected.

Then I got contact with live support They told me that I have to do KYC. But I told him I have already done it on website. Then they sent me email, 3 part of documents they asked me same like on others on this forum. Also I have sent them in 30 mins.

Then I requested again 40.000 USDT. It rejected by them agian When I reached out to live support They told me there is an investigation on my account. And they told me I have to wait to finish it.

But they cannot me provide a time period, or exact time. Only thing they aer saying is I have to wait.

On my account there is nothing wrong. I played live games. I played over goal bets on soccer and tennis break game mostly.

There is not also late bet. Also it is impossible to do on my account because 20-30 secs pass to accept my bets on Cloudbet.

I sent a email to support@cloudbet.com. But they did not answer.

What should I do right now ?

Balance is 57.000 USDT. I cannot withdraw that money right now,

If they told you there is investigation on your account and you should wait, why you are hurry too much?

Just wait for result and their answer about investigation. Honestly, mostly when a casino starts investigation, they already have data in hands and you are in troubles. However it is still too soon to conclude anything and I think you should wait patiently for their answer.
