66 bitcoins in a locked account since June this year, blocked twice from discord for telling my story. Cloudbet appear to want to pay it and saying the right things after trying to dodge me for months but yet to be backed up with action, full story to come tonight as they can’t block me here.

Furthermore KYC is the harsh reality that crypto currency gamblers need to accept, because there’s no getting past it and if one yet doesn’t feel comfortable then a simple option is to cash out their coins in fiat and wager in land based casinos.

You’re right but this days criminal money use mixer instead of casino because casino already have a wagering requirements before they can withdraw and they might lose most of there money if they gamble it since they have huge money that needs to wager unlike on mixer that typically charge small percentage of the initial amount just to make the crypto untraceable from chain analysis investigation.

Most of the user that wants complete anonymous on casino nowadays are just for tax purposes because they can dodge tax report of winnings on crypto casino if it’s not registered under there name.

You are missing the point. Besides, we all have something to hide. It's called Privacy mate. Previously, cryptocurrency exchanges were anonymous, but the more regulated the cryptocurrency becomes and the more people use it, the less anonymous the exchanges become. The same goes for the casino. The more regulated casinos are, the less anonymous they are.

I don't think this is entirely true. For example, Bitmex was more popular as a derivatives exchange before they introduced mandatory KYC. You would say when they introduced mandatory KYC for all their customers, they became compliant and fully regulated. Many traders abandoned for less strict exchanges.

Could it be that there are thousands of customers with the same problem and a lack of employees in the investigation department to the point that someone has to wait 1 month to see their problem resolved? if this is the case then write on the ANN Thread that they have already exhausted their customer service capacity and that for this reason they cannot accept new users, because this guy has been waiting for your response for 1 month and this is not a good way to work.

This is happening on most of the casino even trusted one because they are not prioritizing this kind of investigation over there operation. They usually taking things slowly so that they can give an accurate result that will be fair for players and to them. 1 month is really long for this kind of investigation and cloudbet should give a conclusion already because this is already enough time to check single account especially that this issue was reported publicly that might hurt there reputation.

Cloudbet is not active so it’s very hard to raise a concern from here without there representative being active here.

That is not a license that I trust to be fair, and that's not the reason why I trust places. Like for example let's take Cloudbet into consideration here, when we are talking about here, I trust cloudbet more than I trust curacao license, which means that if they didn't have it, nothing would change for me.

Places shouldn't really go for licenses directly, they would need to first gain the trust of the people, and license is not a way of doing it, time is. If you are a casino for a long time and never have anyone complaining about you then you are going to be fine. Cloudbet is awesome and they will keep being awesome with whatever license they have or not have.

That the KYC function is only for gambling platform internal factors and even though we have more gambling accounts on different platforms, each account is required to complete KYC verification. So the KYC function is not even related to different platforms let alone countries, if for example the platform deducts tax fees from jackpot winnings but maybe there is no tax report to that country, so they just deduct the jackpot winnings for tax reasons.

So the problem is that soon there will be no exchanges without KYC and users will have to pass KYC on all exchanges. The same goes for the casino. Only very small exchanges and casinos with low liquidity or outright scammers will leave.

But new services keep popping up every day, and they seem to know what crypto users like which is privacy or anonymity so that time may never come.
