Yes this is 100% real money. I think fraudsters put bad reviews, money laundering, and other crypto casino’s that want to lower the reputation for cloudbet.

I do not thing that they are fraudsters but usually when everything is Ok with casino people just play casino and do not write any reviews at all but when there are problems people begin to write about them on all the forums and monitors and sometimes they write about one problem several times and people thing that there is not one problem but many problems.

When casino is popular and have a lot of users always there are people who not happy by the work of casino. It is impossible always to win in casino also it is impossible that all people win in the casino. Always it will appear people who not glad by the work of the casino.

I didn't see current problem but this is true about always having problems when big.

In other words it is better to take any accusations or criticisms of large online gambling casinos with a pinch of salt due to the fact that it is impossible to please everyone and that many disgruntled gamblers like to unfairly take out their frustrations at losing large amounts of money on the casinos which they lost the money to. Its understandable human nature, but it can still damage the reputation of casinos, even though they did absolutely nothing wrong and were not at fault. The best thing to do is to view the evidence and amounts of complaints before making your decision on whether the casino is fair or not.

Usually, but not all of course, many accusations are invalid at the end. Though it is a most common ending, I would not automatically call all accusations against a casino is invalid. Evidences must be compared from two sides and in some investigations, it needs to have mediator to investigate further and close a case.

Cloudbet has some accusations and if I am not wrong, it usually relates to their Terms of service about VPN and restricted area. Beyond that, they did not have problems with payment, withdrawal approval for their customers.

If I am not wrong again, cases I read in the past ended as people who came to complain, are cheaters (account farms, compromise with same bet pattern) on their casino.

Of course, it does not mean all new cases, new accusations will have a same ending. Investigation must be done case by case.

I agree that a casino should have a representative on the forum, if not the owner, should be another one, PR lead, whatever.

I guess the last active time is when Cloudbet came here to discuss about their latest signature campaign which was launched in April 2022.

A serious possible scam victim would show proofs or other backup document to support their claims. Posting a proofs doesn't hurt a victim this is why I think those accusation that doesn't have any proof or any supporting documents isn't valid and should not receive an attention to the accusation they are doing. I believe that it is one of the casino responsibility to respond to those scam accusation against them or if they didn't, the consequence that they will face could escalate into losing a big number of customer which is a crucial problem to them. I agree with @tranthidung that most of the accusation is about the TOS.

Hi all,

So I opened my account and played on cloudbet yesterday.

The site is very good with a large selection of games and easy to navigate.

I deposited around 4ETH. And just played 3 hands in live evolution baccarat with Max bets.

4 to 8

8 to 16

16 to 32ETH

I cashed out 30ETH. Contacted the support there and asked for processing time for withdrawals. Was told that it could take up to 48 hours.

Today i woke up to an email from cloudbet asking for full KYC which is pretty standard. As I am a seasoned gambler i do know that this is a process that casinos have from time to time. I uploaded all the requested documents 10 minutes ago.

It will be interesting to see how quickly cloudbet handles KYC and withdrawal processing as I have never had any issues playing at tons of online casinos. It looks like its standard routine that account gets disabled when in the KYC process as I can't log into my cloudbet account for now.

Total points from me so far:

Game selection 10/10

Betting limits 10/10 high limits

User flow: 8/10

Withdrawal speed: 9/10 (account got completely verified and the cashout was completed within 24 hours) check my later post.

I will update this post in handling of the  KYC and processing time.

I had seen on some sites that Cloudbet had some accusations, but I am not those people who investigate fraud or things like that, because I am not good at detective things or lawyer things, for these things you must have knowledge of the law, and read a lot about the terms and conditions, also know well what laws are applicable in the casinos and countries that admit this type of business.

I have always thought that casinos are the best businesses there are and that in order not to close them or go bankrupt, the first thing they have to do is comply with all the regulations of the law.

KYC verification is good for everyone, and bypassing KYC verification is not really important in some of the gambling platforms i know very well, so I'm trying to tell you, to understand that gamblling is very risk and in a platform that demands verification or documentation of details, the user supposed at least to know that KYC is for the benefit of the player, so at least you have to understand such scenario that KYC very is necessary.

Like i said in one of my comments earlier in another thread, some players know that indeed, passing KYC is important as this is one of the ways casinos get to put the bad eggs away, but some players are most concern of the safety of their kYC documents in the database/hands the casino, for all i know, some casino, most especially the illegitimate or less popular ones could sell this documents to third parties for monetary profit, and whatever this third party entities do with the documents, only God knows , so i personally do not judge or blame gamblers who are always skeptic about kyc verification.

But my advice the all players is to always stick with the legitimate casinos that have earned a good reputation by their long years of service to the gambling industry without complaint of misconduct or misuse of players identity documents.
