The right time to buy ICO coins if in my opinion. When the ICO is running or the ICO has finished and is already on the exchange market. But before you invest in an ongoing ICO, it's better to do research. Because many ICO fails and cheat.

anytime it's time if we already know all the risks and our confidence to invest with ico is already big and in my opinion it can become the main capital in starting an investment by following ico |

I also like to invest in a coin when it us unofficially selling on a DEX, because most times they are cheaper, although you have to be patient and watch how it behaves.
If you are also able to decipher a good ICO and you are sure there will be good sale on exchange through a team of professionals who are ready to work, you can invest in the ICO.

I think the right time to buy altcoins is when there are listed in the exchange market and not through icos as I have learned this from hard loses I made last year through icos investments. I believe and I think that it is still very possible to make money from cryptocurrencies market by investing into altcoins that are ready to give good returns.

Before buying altcoins go through the growth chart as well the increased chance of growth and possibilities to sell it on time. No, you ought to say the best time to buy or invest into any crypto currency is when the market is dump and the best coins to choose are coins with huge support, utility, good historical data and trading volume because if a coin had biggest potential but not supported by the community such coin will later quench off the market. |

in the above three of the things will be more important but if anyone will work at that time you will definitely had a good chance for investment and the opportunity will not been came again for you to get the profit also so use the opportunity quickly. |
