So twice I've seen blocks go to a negative number (currently -47,688) and my balance zero out before drifting into the negatives. What causes this?

Still a few bugs in the system, it's happened to me a couple of times too! Try hitting F5 and then re-enter your pass-phrase.

Hey there! We have a final, permanent home for the wiki at http://wiki.nxtcrypto.orgIf you go there and create a user account, you can start translating pages. The easiest thing to do is to go to http://wiki.nxtcrypto.org/wiki/Special:LanguageStats/, where you can enter your language code (de) and it will give you a list of pieces that need to be translated. You should be able to copy and paste most of what you've done already, if you've been working on translations elsewhere. For a bit more info, see: http://wiki.nxtcrypto.org/wiki/Help_translateThe translation engine on this site will allow the wiki to be translated "in place" -- we no longer need to make copies. It's pretty slick; at WORST you'll need to learn a little about wiki markup. See http://thenxtwiki.org/wiki/Help_translate for info on how translating works. Setting this up DID require an additional financial investment, so a few coins tossed my way won't make me upset. Address is in my sig!

it's better change name of nxt to javacoin, as if anyone want use nxt, must DL java first。 in the fact, lots of people don't know want is java, what is udeful of java before NXT(only my though), if the NXT not launched by java.com, then NXT done the big favor for java. who got the most profit from NXT? not stakeholder but java!

A complete translation engine has been set up so people can translate some or all of the wiki into almost any language without having to create a copy. People who have been working on translations should more or less be able to copy/paste what they've already done.
Hmm, that sounds great.

All the Dutch language contributions I've made can be found here if someone wants to start integrating them. Don't have much spare time this weekend. http://nxt-nl.wikia.com/wiki/Nxt_NL_Wiki

I think its time or a little fun. POST YOUR PUBLIC NODES AND SEE WHO HAS TE HIGHEST ACTIVE PEER COUNT. iM AT 781
How long have you been running to get that many? Not sure, they require frequent upkeep. vps02 has 17 hr uptime, but its possible the process has been restarted during that period Dude, my client on my desktop runs for a day or even two nonstop but doesn't get a tenth of those numbers of active peers. I currently have only 70. What's with that? I have max conn peers at 100. Also push and pull at 1 and 5000 for timers. They are very high horsepower so I put those setting in it. I gues those high number of peers is why I have to reset them a few timer per day

Yeah I did go ahead and try to refresh but in each case, I had to delete and replace the NXT folder on my system. I tried deleting just the blockchain files but when I do that, the client then seems to stick at the genesis block and I don't connect to any peers. Using 0.4.7e by the way.

Please stop suggesting we add mxt to other exchanges unless you want this currency to collapse and die price wise. STABILIZE the network first!

Hi,
I believe that the more NXT you have, the faster you should 'forge'. However, I don't think this should be completely lineal.
IMHO, now 1 NXT has a 1% chance (just for the sake of the example) to get the NXT from forging and 10 NXT have a 10% chance. But I believe it's not as fair as if 1 NXT would have 1.1 % of chances and 10 NXT would have 9% chances to hit it. I dunno if I'm explainning myself properly here but basically, my point is that I'd redistribute fees slightly different: more nxt = more odds to get them, but not increasing lineally compared to those who have a few coins. I think it's more fair because NXT would distribute coins more evenly. What do you think?
Also, I've been forging for a couple of days (my wallet was unlock) and the time to generate the next block changes everynow and then. I know it's normal as the time is just an average, however, from 2h to 50 days sounds very unrealistic or at least, not stable at all. Wouldn't it be better to calculate this average on the time that X amount of blocks have been generating (and if this is happenning already, instead of X blocks, I'd suggest to make X+Y blocks). Thus, the average time will be 'more real' or close to reality.
Also, how do I know if I forged a block? In my transactions?
And lastly, can anybody link me what an orphaned block is? And zombies?
Thanks! Keep up the good work!!!!!!
