Lol, I've transferred NXT to bter.com a day ago, but my account still not credited.

Asked for support about this - "Nxt is very slow sometimes and  it is normal to take days"

Basically, you would just find what account owned that token, then check for the number of X assets they owned, done. Voting would take 1 NXT to vote will all their shares.
