Most of people who join crypto, also doesn't gave enough knowledge about it, and they are easily affected by any fake news which come out.
So that makes panic sales normal experience practice for such people, lack of understanding crypto market often leads to minus trades or total loss of capital for them.
To avoid panic sales, simply try not to sell when everything is falling on the market. It could be hard for someone, but thats the only right thing to do when market hits downtrend - HODL!

Do not be easily influenced by outside news that is always disparaging Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency, and we also have to realize that the coin is fluctuating, intermittently down, and intermittently up. so in fact we do not need to Panic when the price is down, and we must remain Sure price will go up again. it seems that's all I can say, to overcome Panic, so we do not sell our coins at a falling price.

These are some exdperience every noob have to make. So i made this panic sells too. And after that, i always saw how stupid this decision was. So the best way is when the people do these mistake sometimes, and then they will finally learn how stupid it was and they will stop hopefully. For most people these fomo attacks are something new and they never felled something like that. So its naturally that the people react like these. Maybe one point how you can stop these, is when you always send every coin and token to your wallet so you cant sell it so fast!

Hello, I think you could stop panic selling your cryptos if you try your best to not look at the market price so often, stop looking at the trading sites so you won't be alarmed of price drops. Just start holding your cryptos, try to hold it at least half a year, or just leave your coins in the market and place a sell order in which you can get a profit then leave it just there.

If u are not a trader don’t look at bit coin 200 times a day and just chill. If u are panicking u might have more money than you should in crypto. Think of the possibilities of what btc may become not just the numbers game

Most people in cryptocurrency are newbies who don't have years of experience in bitcoin so when they saw that the price is falling down, they sell their coins even though they don't have profits for it. They just too afraid that they will lose all their investment money. Panic sellers are for those who can't take risks at all. They just want that their coins will profits all the time so when the market is down, they sell all their holdings.

Panic sales always lose money to investors.
Prices in the Crypto money market are constantly changing. It's important to stay calm. Do not panic and sell when prices fall.
Charting is very important. Perform a good graphical analysis.

Those who are involved in a panic selling are mostly newbies and they just invest because of the popularity of bitcoin but they don't have enough knowledge about cryptocurrency that's why they are easily shaken and afraid that they might lose their money. They just needed to be educated to avoid panick selling  and trust bitcoin.

The question itself is the answer “PANIC”.

Everyone knows cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and risky.
And most of the people do emotional trading.
They sell when it is crashing. And suffer from the loss. They panic and sell in the loss.

What is the point in selling at low?
One must wait for the market to turn green and bullish.

The way to stop the panic is to not engage in panic-inducing activities such as day trading.
It is like the old joke; a man goes to the doctor and says my arm hurts when I put it overhead.
The doctor says don’t put your arm overhead Grin

If you are in need of urgent money than selling is OKAY but for profit, HODL is the best.

Totally agree, but I think that panic is characteristic for people who have no enough experience, if person is aware of crypto trends he/she will not that it is very silly thing to sell when the price is low, and the situation will recover anyway.

When they see how they coin can achieve in a while of holding it, they will surely realize they worth and will learn how much it can be worth waiting. Soon many will just learn how to hold ito it, wed been all there.

Knowledge to me is the best combatant and our best bet for us to be able to hold off panic and use our rational heads in being able to do what is needed of us. I think that with bitcoin there is a lot of uncertainty holding us to panic whenever there is a big hurdle or a drop is being experienced. However if we are armed with the right knowledge or we know our limitations then we would not be able to panic and use our rational heads

that is the risk in buying and selling cryptucurrency, sometimes the price goes up, sometimes the price goes down, seeing such conditions, we can panic, even many people lose, because panic, they buy at high price, then they sell at the price down, hold only in the long term, when the price rises we just sell

That's why knowledge is very important so we can control our self when the price go down. Before we start to invest we should know about crypto currency and what the risk we should to take. Don't easily believe negative news, when the market decrease it's better if you take a rest from crypto and do the activities as usual

Simple: use Stop-Limit orders. Immediately after buying, add stop limit order and increase the stop value each time the price increases. You will keep your coins safe. But don't forget to set alarms on crypto folio apps or any service that tracks crypto prices. (Your exchange's application, Blockfolio, Coinstats etc.)

No, until people begin to take better care of this! Many people invest huge sums of money that can completely ruin their lives, so at times when the market goes down they sell so as not to lose everything... Cry

the first thing you have to do remember when you are on college or when you are studying in every investment or business is to do some feasibility study first before anything else. in terms of business you should not invest on what you cant affoed to loose, and also in terms of trading always look at the ups and downs specially the dips because that will be your base when will you buy or sell. when the value reach its high (the last positive high value) you should sell when it hits low (the last negative or lowest value) you should buy, thats how you set it.

That's a good idea though, it's always been easy to say not to sell bitcoins when the price of low, that this hapoens naturally, that we have to wait until the price goes high. However, we cannot really blame the others as well when they do panic selling because it's their hard earned money that they invested and ofcourse we don't want to compromised it. For me inorder to avoid panic selling is to forget what you have invested for you not to worry on it and ofcourse put your full trust on it and always believe that bitcoin will always recover.

Most of the panic sellers are those who are just newbies in the business or trading, and most specially if they do not know any knowledge on bitcoin at all. They are just going with the flow even if do not get the profit from what they invested. That is why.

That is true because those newbies are very scared to lose money and not all of them are built and born to be a holder of this kind of things so the more they lose money the more they will decided to sell because for them there is no chances to win that money back plus those rumors that brainwashing those newbies they will definitely gonna sell because of that thing. So us the longer people in here let us guide and help those newbies for them to stop selling just keep being optimistic and not look at the market every minute if you know that it is jusy falling.

If you always panic then sell your cryptocurrency you will lose. So think positive and believe that the existing crypto will increase again and you will not lose.
