The first step towards resisting the urge to panic selling your positions is to stop looking at your portfolio every 5 minutes, hour or day. We're in the bear market. Continous dropin the price of Cryptocurrencies is expected. And looking at your portfolio regularly is depressing enough to convince you to sell your position. That time you use in checking your portfolio is better utilized by spending time with family and loved ones. That should take your mind off it for a while.

You must train yourself to be patient and control your mind to not be panic. Panic usually caused by the dumper are coming and you'll influenced by that situation then sell your coin. If you faced the same thing many times, i'm sure that you can stop your panic and understand the condition.

Most of the panic sellers are those who are just newbies in the business or trading, and most specially if they do not know any knowledge on bitcoin at all. They are just going with the flow even if do not get the profit from what they invested. That is why.
Yeap I agree with you.Most of the panic seller are a newbie or need money emergency or cannot control emotion.A cryptocurrency is a different place where people earn money easily and lost everything for one mistake. Most of the people invest her everything on crypto without thinking.than they sell their asset loss and upset for this because they need money or emergency or have little idea about crypto.So i think if you want to ge more profit and stop panic selling focus on btc and control emotion and targeted profit. |

To stop panic selling in cryptocurrency you should stop over thinking about the negative thoughts about what is happening now, just think what tactics you will do, to survive in this.
You can stop panic selling here in cryptoworld by just trusting the market and off course trusting the coins you are holding is really imporant also, because if you trust your coins even the value of it will dump you will still hold it and wait to became high before you sell it. |

Starter in market will surely panic when selling or buying because they will wonder what will the outcome be but people who have been in the system for a very long time will understand and will only panic a little. As we all know holding a coin for a profit may letter end up in lost and selling a coin for not losing may also end up losing a lot of profit.... So the main fact is to bear the risk and understand how the system works.
That's a good idea though, it's always been easy to say not to sell bitcoins when the price of low, that this hapoens naturally, that we have to wait until the price goes high.To stop them is to stop those people that are hating in bitcoins but that is impossible because there will always be one that will hate and say a lot of negative things to bitcoins that can brainwash those new comers |

Most people in cryptocurrency are newbies who don't have years of experience in bitcoin so when they saw that the price is falling down, they sell their coins even though they don't have profits for it. They just too afraid that they will lose all their investment money. Knowledge to me is the best combatant and our best bet for us to be able to hold off panic and use our rational heads in being able to do what is needed of us

Thats a personal or individual decision one has to make. There is nothing much you can do about it if you cannot make up your mind not to sales, You have to closely consider the kind of coin you are investing in, so that you re sure of its quality, and that you can hold it as long as possible no matter the circumstances. Nobody can blame you from panicking dear friend. After all it's your investment that you were protecting

I am pretty sure that the ones who panic sell most of time are the new participant of the cryptocurrency market because they have not gotten to the point when they lost and they are trying to avoid it even if panic selling would not make things work.
The few golden rules of crypto business are that you must stay optimistic and must have passion about your ideas and must stay patient in case there is crash in the market. You should not panic when the value of your portfolio falls or in the devaluation time because these are just the market phases and the market tends to move from disequilibrium to equilibrium. Furthermore, holding your coins in such time helps you earn more in future because a crash is normally followed by the rise in the market prices of the coins. |

The doctor says don’t put your arm overhead  If you are in need of urgent money than selling is OKAY but for profit, HODL is the best. The main reason why you are panicking is because you are thinking negative! You do not have self confidence! You should always think positive for you to not panic and make better decisions. |

Most people who are not familiar with crypto-currencies do this mainly because they are afraid of losing more profit, because they bought at a very high price, and when a correction occurs, they are simply sold because they are afraid of losing. I recommend opening the orders in small parts of the deposit and using stop loss

Panic is normal thing, when everyone sees them-self in loss. But i think that is not a time to Panic, rather this is the time to stable himself because when we are in panic mood we take bad decision of sell our coins and in near future we regrets for it.
Always remember that, if there is downfall then after some time rising situation will also came. So always wait till the situation improves and definitely at that time you will get good profit of your coins or investment.

I think everybody who got new in to cryptocurrencies and trading has this problem. The panic sells when the price i dumping. SO the first tipp is, do not look at the charts the whole time. One other tipp i can give is, dont store your coins on the exchanges. Send them to the wallet, so you cant sell it immidiately when you get in panic!
