For me, the most ideal approach to stop freeze offering is to advise the financial specialists exceptionally the novices to instruct themselves, to have enough information about bitcoin with the goal that they won't freeze when the value drops. They should know the dangers previously bouncing in, so they are prepared and will remain positive whatever may happen.

The question itself is the answer “PANIC”.

Everyone knows cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and risky.
And most of the people do emotional trading.
They sell when it is crashing. And suffer from the loss. They panic and sell in the loss.

What is the point in selling at low?
One must wait for the market to turn green and bullish.

The way to stop the panic is to not engage in panic-inducing activities such as day trading.
It is like the old joke; a man goes to the doctor and says my arm hurts when I put it overhead.
The doctor says don’t put your arm overhead Grin

If you are in need of urgent money than selling is OKAY but for profit, HODL is the best.

In other words, do not trade with emotions. Think of both the bear and bull run as opportunities. If the market goes down, think of it as an opportunity to buy more and wait until the value goes up. If the market goes up, just don't get too much greedy when it will give you enough profits instead of holding it for too long. However, if you are greedy, you have no other choice but to hold it in the long run. Either way, think of it as a win-win scenario if you have a good perspective of it.

You should make a clear plan and have a good analytic strategy, stop putting your emotion into trading because it is not play, they are real money and by careless and let your emotion control, you will lost. Chance will not wait for you, listen to the news, cut loss when it is needed, not because of panic.

Everyone knows cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and risky.

They sell when it is crashing. And suffer from the loss. They panic and sell in the loss.
It is just normal for a newbie in the market to act this way because most of the time, he is afraid that he will suffer from further or loss and seeing the price goes lower, he would think that if he will sell now then he will minimize his losses. The solution to this would be to plan what price he would be willing to sell to accept the loss and trade again.

What is the point in selling at low?
One must wait for the market to turn green and bullish.
That's right. It is just nonsense that when the price is higher, people didn't sell but when the price dips again, people sold it and then whine because the price bounce back. Panic selling will not be prevented if one would not be able to control his emotions. Eventually when someone always trades, he would be able to control it and then have an eye for detail not depending on his emotions.

Most of the panic sellers are those who are just newbies in the business or trading, and most specially if they do not know any knowledge on bitcoin at all. They are just going with the flow even if do not get the profit from what they invested. That is why.
Relax, I think there is a scientific explanation. Here's a friend, First, Cryptocurrency seeks justice value. All products, be they property, gold, stocks, bonds, and others always have fair value, and investors have different approaches to determine that point.

Panic never bring good things. When you see price is getting low just hold your breath and say it will rise soon, so you will not lose anything.  Remember that prices fluctuates from time to time, if prices goes down always think that it will bounce back, so our sense of panic will disappear.

How bored you to hear this word, every forex study is always reminded with this word. But you must remember, patience should be instilled as you embed the term profit in your mind. Failure to instill it in your personality, then you have entered the "warning" area. You are more appreciative of patience and intelligent analysis

In some ways I would agree, but holding is not for everybody. Some of us are too impatient. They just need to loose once, to learn.

It can be said that until December last year bitcoin was sold very rarely, so its value was constantly growing. Therefore, it was really used as a means of accumulating value, that is, as digital gold. I guess it is better to hold your cryptocurrencies and wait, if you have more extra fiat money it is also better and wiser to buy more of it and wait until it rises again for your own good opportunities in future

Simply believe that the cryptocurrency will grow. It is evident. Panic only makes the situation worse - you can sell the coins that will be gaining in future.

And one more thing is that we should not always look at the price of bitcoin every day. This will increase your panic. And when the panic is rising, you will sell what you have when it is very low.

Actually it can be our own control, do not be too afraid if there is a decrease in the price of coins, marenas where may the coins are down continuously, there must be times to rise as well, never affected by the market movement, because it is a big investor trick.

If you always panic then sell your cryptocurrency you will lose. So think positive and believe that the existing crypto will increase again and you will not lose.

Before you decide to sell your coin, remember this word : " STOP ". And STOP means:
S - Stop
T - Think
O - Observe
P - Plan
Instead of selling your coins, there are tons of things you can do and by having a plan, you can easily determine your loss and decide to sell it or not

panic selling of cryptocurrency occurs most times as a result of decline in price on high volume. this happens due to some occurrence such as investors having to re-evaluate the stock value or when short term traders cause the stock price to crash thereby causing long term losses. this process creates a room for downliners to initiate long position. do avoid this, you need to understand the trade psychology. understand the reason/rational behind the crash in price of the stock market.

I overcame it by reading all the media and news about cryptocurrency. One of them definitely provides an explanation of the market price, so we can consider for holding or arranging transactions and will not panic due to unstable market conditions.
That’s nice that you did some research instead of following the crowd of panic sellers blindly. This is why experts emphasize on reading about the market and making some research before taking any hard decision. What I personally believe is that the market will grow but in the last quarter of the year and until that we need to stay calm in order to give our coins enough time for recovery and regrowth.
