Most newbies are the common victim that falls into panic selling. Rush to sell when price crash for a short time and buy too late. Experienced traders hardly falls for the panic sell; in dealing this, you have total be patience, there will always be a point to sell hence you buy low, you must sell high.

If you're planning to stop panic selling then there first thing you should do is to forget how to panic. Don't panic mate and you won't come up to a very disappointing decision. Even if the value goes down, your bitcoin count will be the same and when the market goes up you'll be happy again, now if you will sell it at a very low price then you're throwing away your money. Read and learn how to analyze the market and you'll be doing just fine. Panic selling is for newbies, Tech Analysis and Researching is for pros.

No way.
There are lots of new, young and very inexperienced investors here.
Since they do not have any previous experience, and believe in everything what they read in the mainstream media, when they read something dramatically bad about bitcoin, it is hard to expect that they will remain rational and reasonable.
When the panic sell starts, and the price begins to fall sharply, it is very difficult to stop it.

Your emotion is the one playing on you. If you can control your emotion and be patient then you can curtail panic selling. Cryptocurrency market is a speculative one which rely mostly on market sentiments. so filter the news you hear before you act.
That's why you should never enter just because of the fomo and hype, it is not the market or the fudsters is the main adversary in the cryptocurrency trading and holding, it is no one but yourself, that's why we are saying that cryptocurrency is not for the weak handed people as you may lose capital in the further due process of trading, you must be prepared for some losses and disappointments. |

that's why you have to live your life with experience and of course knowledge. basically the market pattern can change rapidly. of course I want everyone to profit. but not everyone can get it. Essentially, you should start with the knowledge, experience and insight to search for any source of crypto related information

yes the low price makes everyone panic, and the panic seller is dominated by people who invest but do not understand the concept of bitcoin, and also panic sellers are not believed of bitcoin volatility. so the panic just makes the bitcoin value fall to the lowest value.
in my opinion, the solution to stop a panic is to study every crypto world journey, so it is not enough if we only recognize bitcoin from the outside aspect only.

some times HODL is not always good, and panic maybe can be good for some moment, we can see that if the bad news come to use about bitcoin it will makes people panic sell with some reason, there are they afraid about the price of bitcoin will going down because of that news, if the news happen the price is going down, its mean that the panic seller is choose the right choices that sell their coin in panic sell moment, and if the news is not happen i think the price wil back to normal which is the holder will happy, so from my statement is sometimes the panic sell is good and hold is not always good

What is the point in selling at low? One must wait for the market to turn green and bullish. (/quote) selling at low price is depends of the traders analysis but if had potentially to increase again the price hold it until the price goes uprise again to avoid cut off loses. The way to stop the panic is to not engage in panic-inducing activities such as day trading. It is like the old joke; a man goes to the doctor and says my arm hurts when I put it overhead. The doctor says don’t put your arm overhead  (/quote) in crypto currency people panicking because they listen the fake news to stop panicking do not listen fake news If you are in need of urgent money than selling is OKAY but for profit, HODL is the best. i agree with you on that decision selling if need to spent it for the needs in life but if the purpose it to earn profits hold it until the price become expensive. |

Pick the amount of capital you dont need. 2. Research and choose ~10 quality projects 3. Buy and hold them longterm 4. Don't even look at your portfolio for months. Its almost certain that these quality picks will rise longterm and if you dont see the ups and downs you wont panic in the short term. So if you dont sell its almost guaranteed you will make some profit stress free. |

the most important thing is that you understand the pros and cons of cryptocurrency trading before starting to trade. crypto market is not like the traditional stock market where price movement is slow. in crypto the price of a coin can double or triple within some hours and that is the reason why many trading platform integrate bot through which you can place order and the order will be executed when the pre-defined price is reached. if you cant take a risk then you can trade crypto simple as A B C.

The though process behind panic selling and panic buying are not unique to crypto investing and they can be found in any market such as the stock market. However, due to the volatility of crypto and the massive ranges at which the prices move, these habits are more apparent in the crypto world. Newbie investors will have to get over these habits and like you said, the need to learn to hodl.

At first leaving the idiocy and keeping the head cool.If I/we can do the right thing in proper way.It can't be done by getting excited in this world,it should be kept cool all the time.Keep knowledge and be patience.Only then I stop panic selling crypto-currency.

Panic selling have been a problem for quite a long time, not just in bitcoins but anywhere.
Mostly the panic sellers and buyers are new to the market to too little of knowledge.
They tend to get afraid that what would happen if prices fall further or how will they afford to buy new coins if prices go higher.
In the fear they tend to sell their holding at whatever price they see just to prevent a larger loss than what they will through at present. But because they have lacl of knowledge about the market and the coins, they dont tend to know much about the graph and how the market ups and downs function. How a crash doesnt necessarily mean end of a profuct and how every dip doesnt lead to bankruptcy.

I suggest to you do not focus on one crypto currency. Instead get your self busy like doing a blog or join some bounty or read some whitepaper so you can know which is better invest in the next day

I don't think if there is any possible way of stopping panicking during selling of btc. people sells btc because they are in need of physical cash to settle some family issues personal cases, whereas we meant to hold our btc because better day are coming ahead. some people who doesn't know the market earthics will start-up nowhere started to panic about selling of btc in the market. i think such need to learn more about the trading platform before selling there token to avoid panicking.

I think that fear and panic is natural and you can overcome the panic that you experience by trying to get out of the exchange and do other activities that can make you a little forget the incident price is down.

Its normal to get worried about your investment because you are shelling out money. But don't look at crypto exchanges and the market too often. this way you dont panic when prices dips and pumps. analyze the trend and decide when is the best time to buy or sell.
