Check if you have valid shares, if you do, you'll still be able to get coins when the pool owner fixes the pool...

always make sure your pool is working before you go afk on it. you should check the dashboard and the pool page to see if blocks are being found recently when you join a new pool.

i decided to check out the pool last nite but after joining up and starting to mine i realised no blocks being found right away and so switched back to fork.

i also recommend you don't go to sleep or leave rigs afk for a long time on pools you haven't got a good track record of working right. once you use a pool for a few days and its reliable then you know its more safe to leave for extended periods. if im leaving my rigs i tend to just aim them at known good pools overnight if im currently mining something new and the pools are either brand new, or show problems.

also if pools get really busy on a hot new coin they can stop functioning correctly, so pay extra attention during these times for signs of instability. always use the pool that works the best, don't worry about fees, its more important to be mining the whole time than worry about saving 1% by getting on a crappier pool.

im sure the livechains pool will get sorted out soon, will post here when its working correctly.
