we need people to build communities around innovation, not around memes.
I'm praying for the day that people grow up and start helping to contribute to the grand scheme of things.

What are you talking about ? Bitcoin or any altcoin ARE the innovation. Kind of who's gonna change the world as we know it. Crypto currency is innovative by nature so please stop BStting on Doge. Your opinion isn't that important.

Not important at all.
Seems to me like "missed the early opportunities". Departure to the mooon!!

This thing is so uber pumped. Amazes me how so many people are lining up to buy the top. Defies all trader logic that I've come to learn over the years in the stock exchange.
Take profits and invest in stuff that isn't pumped, or where people are QQing. Buy fear, sell cheer, buy the rumor, sell the news. Doge is in full blown cheer mode.
It's only going to be a matter of time before doge whales cash out, leaving a ton of angry bagholders (probably right before the halving) and one of these other 10 satoshi coins gets pumped.
No way a litecoin clone should be beating all the innovative coins such as Quark, Next, Mastercoin, Primecoin and now Peercoin. Insane.

everyone is only looking on the left side and going like  Cool Cool Cool

Can anyone help me track my Doge. After 16hrs it has finally been processed on Cryptsy

Here's the info for that address and no TX matching what you have. http://dogechain.info/address/D7aooLivV1Cdkvj6b6bFdmwrMj37d66m9C

Was this deposit or withdraw? If withdraw, did you confirm the email?

That was a withdrawal, Cryptsy says it has been released to the block chain.  I can't seem to find it anywhere...

The withdrawal transaction has been released from the blockchain.

It's just hard to take crypto seriously with Doge this high, beating out all the innovative coins. You guys may not think it, but a really bad message is being sent. Meme > Innovation.
Then we wonder why adoption rates are so slow and people are skeptical to move from fiat to crypto.

Nay, sir:  COMMUNITY > Innovation

Do you really think that this coin would have the community it has if it wasn't based on a dog meme.... I highly doubt it.
The only reason it got as popular as it did is because most people that are in crypto these days are gamers and internet dwellers.
And thanks to Doge, it will likely stay that way for a long time. As an adult non gamer, I can't really see crypto being taken seriously.
Total Market Cap: $ 10,989,096,340 - That's all coins, it's actually not a lot of money in the grand scheme of things.
Coca Cola has a market cap that is 17 times all cryptocurrencies combined. And that is just one company.
If we want crypto to go up in the long term, we need people to build communities around innovation, not around memes.
I'm praying for the day that people grow up and start helping to contribute to the grand scheme of things.

It's not a company though, it's a currency! Market cap is really only a good measure for companies.
If you want a fair example, compare the total amount of USD in the world and its value, compared to Doge, or Btc.
Your talking many trillions. Doge still has plenty of room to appreciate. To the Moon. Sky is the limit.

Only a moron would buy at this peak - it is an excellent long-pump but the dump is going to be huge and it can't go up forever. We had a monumental dump a couple of weeks ago to keep us stable at 150-160, will probably dump down to 200 and stabilize.

Small? I am mining with 213kh ;-)
Netcodepool is OK, reasonable payout *after* you wait a good part of a day to grow in the PPLNS rewards, don't expect any good payouts the first hours!
If you want to get every payout right from the start then use nut2pools.com,
those have a straight pay per share, I run there now.
BTW, make sure that you have configured your miner right,
I can crank up the Intensity on my card to insane heights and the hashes go up, but the work units/min go down because if the hardware errors. So, make sure you have 0 HW errors, then your 1.3Mh/s should yield you between 6 and 10k Doge/day, depending on the Network hash rate.
Success!

Be realistic people! Sell doge at 275 and buy moon at 10. They have practically the same stats! No reason they can't have the same community too!

Yeah right....

Mooncoin. What the fuck is that coin anyways... Nobody knows.

Lol what a naive thing to say, one month ago people were saying "doge who?" and it was sitting at 20 satoshis.
Pretty idiotic to think that no other coin can EVER do the same thing that doge did.

Cryptsy hasn't released the TX to the chain.  Same thing happened to me on my way out from there.  It will eventually process, but may take a few days.
