Again kudos, for the new pool. I'll probably join you soon, not much Khash in (1400) but it's still a great idea to decentralize to more pools, not just few big ones. So I've read so far (not an expert here) Hey, btw - can someone share - what it takes to run a "small-medium" pool, I might even put up one, I have a dedi and one pretty strong VPS. Thing is, they're shared for my websites - I'd basically love to hear what does it mean in regards of usage of server resources. If it's possible to give an estimation on that.

Thing is, they're shared for my websites - I'd basically love to hear what does it mean in regards of usage of server resources. If it's possible to give an estimation on that. Thanks! Yeah that's my thought... we need a few more dedicated pools for lottocoin - hey even I was mining on the big one for a bit until the cuts seem to have diminishing returns because it was too large. As you know, we provide a platform where you can feel safe and our support is the best in the pool industry. As far as putting up a pool, it's a really, really tough job. Also you need a ton of RAM for apache sessions and mysql, amazing disk IO (think RAID 10 SSD,) and a ton of hair to donate to the balding hair god. This is a full time job and if you aren't dedicated to going balls out, you will have problems you can't solve or the pool won't be stable enough. You also need a good understanding of mysql/php because the mpos and stratum guys won't spoon feed you. You need to be able to fix database issues yourself - they will happen. I do it because I mine too. I have about 8KH/s of mining power and I was growing frustrated with bad pools, and bad operators. I wanted something I know I could mine on 24/7 without interruption, and if there was a problem with mining, I didn't have to rely on anyone else except myself - and I don't like downtime at all.. even 5 minutes is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Anyways, thanks for the support Ryan, Dedicatedpool.com support/admin admin@dedicatedpool.com, IRC on freenode #dedicatedpool

If you have any suggestions or comments please let us know admin@dedicatedpool.com and we'd be happy to respond. Looks great! Thanks. It's just one more coin to add to our list of growing pools that offer people a friendly and secure platform in which to do their mining. It will obviously take a bit to grow, but we're confident that our pool will become a staple in the very new future for miners looking to mine Lottocoin. I already have all my hashing power there, comon join up and let's create a nice sized pool we can all enjoy. Very professional looking pool & promo you got there. We have some really good pools now for LOT. I've switched over to your pool in the interests of the coin but will keep nut2 pools as a backup (excellent pool also).

Also, nice works with the pool and i agree with the above speaker that cryptsy is now pretty much what we need to only see the price go up EDIT: Looks like you will be able to play 288 bets x 500 LOT = 144,000 LOT total per 5minute draw as a maximum. I feel like im gonna lose some LOT tonight xD

Ryan, support/admin dedicatedpool.com admin@dedicatedpool.comIRC freenode on #dedicatedpool Well, as you can see, I've moved over to your pool as well. I'm hoping it stays stable as Nuts just had too big of a monopoly on mining. By the way, the 2nd guy is mining anonymously to the public, just a heads up. You need to raise the amount of Lot we can have stored as well, I'm over limit at 7k.
