Yes, based on this breakdown:  www.betcoin.ag/vip

Do they take more than a day or two to be credited?  I can only find 1 status point and I believe that was from the daily prize thing.

Also, is it possible to be switched over to straight rakeback instead of the VIP program?

Thanks!

Anyone having problems with withdrawals. They seem to take forever. My friends experience the same problems with most of the time we end up having to contact support to get it pushed through after confirming via email after 12-16 hours. And the withdrawals aren't huge either usually .01-.03 btc.

It's been my experience since about a week ago that the BP/SP for WPN MTTs and SNGs are on about a two day lag.

That hasn't been my experience, I've cashed out >.1BTC most every day and the longest I've had to wait was a few hours (in the middle of the night).

Thanks for sharing your experiences.  As we grow and expand we are instituting increased security checks.  First time or first few withdrawals will be undergoing an increased scrutiny, whereas players that have gained trust over time may have instant withdrawals.

There are certainly no "problems" with withdrawals, however with more people brings more potential abusers and that slows down withdrawals for all new or newer users.  We would like to have instant withdrawals for everyone and can do it, but it is far from prudent.

Also, ajw7989 what is your username and we can explain why your withdrawals have taken a bit long when other players have been done within seconds or minutes.

Thank you, we certainly apologize for the delay.  Thank you for your message.  He sent a ticket in?  We do see that his winning were perfectly accounted for.  You won't believe the lengths that some of these people go through to attempt to cheat, but we weed them out.  Unfortunately it slows down the legititmate winners.  His withdrawal is sent and it will be much faster in the future.  We have to account for every mbtc!  Thank you again and always update the thread.

You don't really have to worry. A lot of times what happens is that they have to review cashouts, and then something else more urgent comes up and they never get to reviewing your cashout and it sort of gets forgotten.

Just remind them again or get a hold of them in live chat.

I have cashouts that say "pending" in the client that were already processed.  I think the withdraw process is separate from what goes on in the client because of the currency swaps.  You might want to double check wherever you cashed out to to make sure you don't already have it.
