When will the WPN tournament player pool be back?  I have been checking in daily expecting it to be back anytime...I am missing my nightly PLO tournament.  Please advise on a time frame....I am holding back my deposit until it returns.  A time frame would help me manage my bankroll because I could deposit into ACR or BCP to play my tournaments if the WPN pool wont be back at Betcoin for awhile.

What about the promised WPN update?

WPN Connectivity still ongoing to ensure that the DDoS attacks against the tournament network do not effect play, customer and user experience. Timeline to be updated at the latest Friday but hopefully within 24 hours. We certainly apologize for the delay and want the connection as well. There is significant overlap between the staff working on this.

I don't really understand.  DDoS attacks against WPN will or won't happen regardless of if Betcoin is a skin of WPN.  Likewise, DDoS attacks against Betcoin will or won't happen regardless of if Betcoin is a skin of WPN.  None of the other WPN skins have gone down during this last three weeks.  So what exactly is going on?

has anyone contacted the WPN rep. at 2+2 ("Winning_TD") to see if they can shed some light on what's going on? Like above, I'm not sure why other WPN skins haven't done something similar

Agreed.  Bitcoin has brought some unique challenges to the WPN and Betcoin is not a full "skin" but rather shares tournaments therefore the connectivity is different than a traditional skin.  We certainly apologize for any delay and will keep you updated.

I just want to make sure I understand before I contact reps at ACR/WPN so that I don't misrepresent what you are saying.  So are you saying that there are problems with the WPN MTTs and you are being proactive about it and the other sites that share the WPN MTT feed are being lax about it?

Oooooh, ok.  So you are saying that WPN told Betcoin that Betcoin had too many undesirables accessing and screwing up their tournaments so you are trying to figure out how to restrict access to the worst of your player base.  That makes plenty of sense, I wish you had just said that three weeks ago.

Just check the lobby, unfortunately some programming takes a little bit longer than expected, but good luck today if you decide to play.  WPN tournaments are back in full on Betcoin.  Full announcement coming soon.  All of you that were very supportive during our programming etc, we know who you are and have something special for you!
