I'm having issues with logging in. I tried loggin in with my correct password but it says incorrect password. I even reset my password multiple times and it still says that!
You have to message support for that.. |

So here comes my usual complaints with betcoin, never a moment their service is on their A-game or any good words to remark about them.
Saw live line, deposited 0.50 BTC and when I went to try and bet live it failed and repeated never updated, never would go through, never would allow me to bet. I go to cashier and withdraw my 500mbtc credits back to my address since I have no point in having them in a useless book account that won't even work.
Its now been 3 hours, 6+ confirms and no payment - was under impression payouts were instant after 1 confirm. As usual, dissatified. Last time I tried you guys was months ago and still looks like they haven't got their shit together.
I will give them some credit though, after many misfortunes and failures at trying to use their book and issues with confirming a bet, they did give me a free play of 0.25 BTC many months back.

Whenever you initiate a withdrawal and your deposit has not reached 3 confirmations yet, it will trigger a manual review as a very important security feature. Additionally, since you last played with us we have added an email confirmation that is immediately sent to your email for you to confirm, which you have not done. We also sent you a notification that this withdrawal was not confirmed and asking you to confirm it. We would appreciate an email from you with regard to this matter and it would have been solved within seconds and not spread out over hours. Again, we thank you for continuing to join us and always appreciate your feedback. |

With WPN / shared tournaments you have to create a new username because typically the username is already in their system, therefore on BetcoinPoker.com a player has one table name and on the shared tournaments the player has a different username but it is all in one account.
