Ive been waiting for 5 days now to get connected to my affiliate so i can start playing poker here. Support keeps giving me the run around and ignoring me. Pretty disappointed, was looking forward to trying out the site.

After is signed up, it didnt show in affiliate summary, i email they say it takes 24 hours email them back after that if still not there. 27 hours later nothing i ask support they say they dont know how long it takes its up to management they cant give a timeframe. 3 days after that i send another email, they immediately within 4 minutes, ask what the name is and i email back within 2 minutes. Its now been another 22 hours, and nothing. No response.

Ur customer service sucks to be blunt and honest. Sorry thats just how i feel.

7 days now since i signed up. Havent heard anything in 3 days. Will continue to bump this until i get a response.

What is the name of the individual signup that is not showing up under your account?  We need the username of the affiliate account and the username of the user please which is not in your above message.  Thank you and we will have this handled for you.

even with 2 entrants - it says that 4 places paid. It is very misleading. Either make it 3 places paid or make it dynamic based on entrants!
I finished 4-th just because i was completely sure I`m getting ticket for next step, and played accordingly.

Prize structure does not show anything either:
1-450 players - same prize structure!!

Sure, and it could be a bit clearer which will be when it is updated, it says 4th and up ticket to step 3 based on total entrants.  For 4th place to receive a ticket the total entrants needs to cover the cost of the tickets given out to places 1 - 3.  First place is 15, 2nd 5 and 3rd 5, therefore 25 total.  There needs to be at least 30 entrants at mB1 to cover a non-overlayed payment of mb5 for 4th place.  The wording is a bit confusing but we have just started this and it has been a success thus far and when we update it next week, it will be much clearer.

I played accordingly, as i was sure 4-th place paid, and was satisfied with 4-th place. However I`m feeling misleaded by this "confusing wording" and especially that lobby "Places paid: 4" was not changing at all, it shows 4 constantly with no changes depending on entrants as you said.
I consider it to be your fault in "wording" and "places paid" title, that lead me to finish 4-th without making any efforts to finish 3-rd for ex.

You should email support(a)betcoinpoker.com to get you taken care of promptly as always.  If we actually knew your username and had received an email from you this would have been taken care of a long time ago.  We are experimenting with new tourneys like the CAGE and satellites as well as many other features.  It won't be perfect from the start or even as we go through it, but you can be assured that we will always take care of our players and work very hard to make it as perfect as can be.  Support is standing by for your email.
