Both matches have already finished and the AFC Champions League is a rather big competition therefore

These Over X Goals bets are normally settled during the game as goals are scored and the Under X Goals bets are normally settled within minutes of the event completion. Unfortunately, this game ended right when we performed a server restart and as a result there was a short delay in grading. Your bet has now been settled. |

Moneyline bet is only available on Dominican Republic because the odds for USA to win is below the minimum (minimum odds = 1.01 decimal). A spread bet (+- 33.5) will most likely be added later on as we get closer to the event start time. |

DirectBet- How did you handle the Cubs/SF game Tuesday? It was bottom of the 4th with the Cubs batting and winning 2-0. The game was postponed and will restart Thursday. Are you holding the tickets for 3 days? Everyone else has already graded it. Someone had to play this game with you.

This game was not postponed. An official result was declared yesterday and therefore all bets were settled based on the official result. The 3 days holding rule specifically refers to cases where "an official result is not declared". Following is the relevant information from our Rules page in regards to this game : -- All bets will be settled on the official result of the relevant governing body regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result. -- |

I'm still surprised that you are the only book keeping the 3 day rule since you will be grading bets differently than the others. Luckily the umps called it a rain out instead of a postponement or you would have run into a mess of problems. |

Direct Bet, I don't get this:
After I made a toto bet. After I refreshed the page I saw 'Betting is suspended for this selection or the event is over.'
I already sent my money, but it didn't came through (my wallet didn't sign it yet).
After a minute, I refreshed again, and my bet was confirmed. I thought it would be refunded?

If the message says 'Betting is suspended...' and you transfer a bet, it will most likely get rejected upon arrival, but not necessarily. For example, it is possible that by the time your transfer is received betting will resume. When that is the case the message continues by saying "If you already transferred your bet keep refreshing until it is 'Confirmed' or 'Rejected'". Please PM me the bet ID and I will tell you exactly what happened. |
