At this stage our system is so heavily modified it's unfair to think of it as any sort of a regular Poker Mavens installation.  Many moving parts, lots of ins, outs and whathaveyous.  The disconnect issue is a top priority at this stage.

If you could only see the nerds chugging along behind the scenes.  SwC is working hard.  We are going to correct every issue and drop the nasty on you in a relatively short amount of time.   I think you can look at our past operating history and see that the entire team cares deeply about this project.  We are committed to taking SwC to the next level.

Personally it's highly unrealistic the current poker software would be able to withstand 50,000 active any given time. Really like the optimism though as clearly Seals With Clubs has a head start against similar bitcoin poker sites. Although it's within industry, why do payouts take 12 hours?

best regards

This is the most hillarious bitcoin gambling website I've seen. The Asher Roth song took the cake for me.

I'm guessing this is because all withdrawals are done manually. The best security is using a cold wallet. It would be nice to have a hot wallet though, for smaller withdrawals.

Manual withdraws ATM, with a "Sanity Check" performed before firing.  IMO this policy has prevented frauds and has kept our players happy for ~2 yrs knowing it's always firing within 12 hrs, usually  sooner.

Oh, I agree. That "Sanity Check" is important. I forgot to do one recently, thinking it was just 0.33 BTC and boom, I sent coins to the wrong address. It has been corrected though.

This means, however, that whoever controls the wallet is doing it, is awake. Does he get enough sleep? Or are there more than one person who has the site wallet?

JD operates the same way, dooglus himself does the withdrawals, so ...

I think what happens is you put them in a queue, they are lined up, then you do it in batches every 12 hours or less.

The only thing better is someone who doesn't sleep. But then he might go insane and fail the "Sanity Check".

I'm sure you can understand we can't reveal too much about our process, but I feel certain points i.e. human-checked cashouts are important to explain to our players and to discourage prospective scammers (most will try anyway so we have to do this)

After you type the code in on your user page, you log in to the client and should be automagically registered for the tournament, which will go off whenever the last space fills.

looking to sell my account, because I want to quit playing poker Wink

have currently around 44000 krill, which means access to all the freerolls except the big 10 BTC freeroll every month.
But if you generate another 4500 krill (goes really fast you also have access to the big freeroll)

And with just one or two cashes in the big freeroll (which really has a small player pool) you
are already ahead.

additionally you´re already eligible for 11 % rakeback already, which increases to 19 % if
you hit the 50000 krill mark.

Will be selling for exactly 1 BTC.

thank you in advance for your interest Wink

Ignoring the fact that account selling feels silly to me, it seems like what your account name is would be pertinent information...

I mean, tennis... (not saying it's you but you understand my point, even if it is you, winker)

@FreeMoney, the download is taking forever. Maybe everyone is downloading at the same time. Your download site should show the file hashes or GPG signatures or whatever, then aside from a direct download, you link either mirrors or a torrent or something. A 14 megabyte zip file or installer will get seeded on most torrents within minutes.

That way, people get the latest version at the fastest speed and they can verify themselves they got an un-altered binary.

Why does it seem silly to you?

Advantages for me:
-I quit bitcoin poker, so why not monetize my account / the huge amount of krill I accumulated

Advantages for the buyer:
-access to 3/4 freerolls and just a few krill short of access to the 4th
-11 % rakeback (which is huge compared to the 0 % rakeback you have to start with a new account)
-a little inofficially bonus rakeback on top from my referrer (paid reliable every 1st of the month)

All in all it looks like a classical win-win situation for me Wink

I can provide the account name via personal message if you´re interested in buying.
The account is still not sold, but already have two people who showed interest.

Looking forward to hearing from more interested buyers via message!

clearly our #1 problem today.

the team is on it.

We know the source of the issue and we are doing our best to mitigate it until a permanent fix is applied.

I know this is a long shot , but if my math is correct , if you win every hourly freeroll in one day , you can make 1.2 bitcoins a day from just freerolls on swc right?

Wouldn't it be 0.6 btc?  Winning freerolls is crazy luckboxy too.
