Don't deposit to this website, it's rigged and the owner is a worthless snob who will get what's coming to him.

Huh what do you mean? I just sent a small amount of BTC to SWC so I can play another buy-in. You mean this doesn't work? Or, are you just trollin'?

No. This is the conclusion I've arrived at after all the research I've done, considering various opinions, and my own careful monitoring of the many thousands of hands I've played during the past year on sealswithclubs. They most definitely are NOT running a legit poker site, in my opinion. Too bad there's nothing that can stop them from stealing as many bitcoins as they can suck out of people. Check out what somebody else said on Sealswithclubs' subReddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/SealsWithClubs/comments/1am4t2/i_dont_really_trust_the_swc_software_anymore/

Actually they are running a legit site.
They did not create the software.
Poker can be a bitch.
Additionally, you know they arent playing as "the house" right?
You do understand what poker is right?
You understand we play eachother and they just take a rake regardless of who wins or loses... right?
If I were you Id bitch about a slot machine website.

Tis poker my friend.

Indeed...  and in most cases, it's really really bad poker.

I had a session in 20/40 one night where one opponent derided me all night on my "bad play".  I pretty much had him pegged and figured the best way to beat him was to play hands that would give me the best chance of taking his stack when they hit.  As such, every time I beat him, it was with "terrible" starting hands.  To him, it seemed that every time he got his money in, I hit with terrible hands.  That's pretty much right.  I folded hands that didn't give me enough value before they had a chance to hit.

At the end of the session I had won 4btc from him and he left bitching about how the site must be rigged.  The reality is that he was partially outplayed with the remainder being unlucky enough not to hold against my 13-19 outer draws.

I 100% agree with this. I can't tell you how many times I've got beat by pocket AA's or KK's when I have on K or A and one comes on the flop and all the other cards are lowers. What pisses me off is the river cards when the "opponent" is calling 10-50 chips on a "draw" from the flop and ends up getting the card on the river. It happens way to often and along with other small things I've noticed from playing multiple tables at once, I can say with confidence that sealswithclubs isn't regular poker odds like in a true Casino.

With thousands of hands you should be able to do a statistical analysis and possibly demonstrate some evidence of bias, along with some measure of significance based on your sample size.  Even then you would have some selection bias, since players who win or break even don't usually subject their hands to such analysis.  So you should include a representative sample of all hands, not just your own.

With so many players playing, some people are going to have really bad luck, and those are going to go and post about it, while those with slightly bad to good luck won't.  It may be very hard to win the lottery, but someone always does eventually.  Similarly, it may be very unlikely to lose to a whole bunch of longshot draws, but it's going to happen to someone, due to the sheer number of hands played.

That's why you can't go by anecdotal evidence and opinions.  You're always going to hear from the players who have experienced the worst luck.

Live poker is rigged.  I get the worst beats by these donkeys.  On top of that the shuffle is not random.  How could it be?  You can see that the dealers hardly shuffle the cards enough for it to be random.  No wonder I lose when I play live.  Not only that but you can't keep track of the hands at a casino.  I tried videoing the hands I was playing with my phone but the casino said I couldn't keep doing that.  What are they trying to hide?  They know I will find out it is rigged!!!!  Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you don't know where you're going any road will get you there

there is evidence but it's not worth the trouble (and site owners know this) of instilling common sense in your willfully deluded brain. it's about as challenging as the argument about the existence of God. the evidence is there, but if you push it away, you're going to convince yourself He's not and you'll just end up totally irritating those who know He does.

with that said, there's no need to contest my opinions. but I know you won't even understand the logic that I posted them to inform others, not to debate with those who charge me for evidence yet have none of their own to support that the site is not actually rigged. but I'm sure you'll come up with some, won't you?

Claims made without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.  You say you are trying to inform others.  All you have to do is post your evidence and then it will be much more credible.  Show your work is all I'm asking.

As for my evidence, all I can say is that I'm doing very well on Seals.  I've tripled my initial btc buy from January, using very conservative bankroll management.  There are days when nothing goes right and everyone catches whatever cards they need to win.  If I didn't know better and only played with a few buy ins, I'd be wiped out by one of those days, and believing that it's rigged too.  Instead I live to play again and get days where the deck hits me in the face all day instead of my opponents.  All I need to know is that if I play better than they do, when the luck evens out I come out ahead.  If I were unable to win over a large number of hands, the first thing I'd be looking at is how well I'm playing.
