How about offering premium Marketplace accounts for a noble fee?
Could open many options, incl various plans, destroying the coins, additional reductions on nobl purchases, etc.

May be worth considering doing supermarket giftcards? I know would be a hassle as are country specific. There may be some multi giftcards that work at loads of different places?

I think real goods would be better than even more cards. We should try to make NOBL a currency that is usefull to buy goods and not to buy other currency just because of the percents off. If we go this way people always connect NOBL to buying amazon cards (15% off) and not as a real currency. For the beginning it is a great way to get attention. no question! But I am afraid of this "lets buy NOBL to buy cheaaap amazon cards" thinking in the crypto world. its like bitcoin and bitpay changing bitcoins instant to money. its not good for the value of the coin. people shouldnt buy a currency to buy a currency.

Marketplace
Currently doing final brainstorming on how to leverage the Marketplace to further demand in NOBL and increase price (offering services in exchange for NOBL). We're thinking of accepting other coins on the marketplace for a fee and allowing them to fund their own promotions. Any loss in our 15% competitiveness (if other coins offer them for a timeframe of a month or two) is made up by us charging NOBL for the listings/promotions and building stronger relationships/contacts between coins.
For example, say *coin wanted to be accepted on the marketplace and promote their coin @ a 20% discount for two months. They can fund permanent listing on our marketplace and then as an extra fund their own promotion for 2 months. Profits from these arrangements will be used to market buy NOBL and take them off market as well as fund extra development. It's also a direct way of improving relationships and exposure for our marketplace, NOBL & other coins.
Looking for feedback and suggestions, preferably constructive. Coins are paying huge amounts to be listed on brand eCommerce sites so they can have real-world use and/or trying their best to build their own marketplaces. Why not get involved and sell our current offerings for NOBL and become a brand eCommerce site ourself? If we leverage the deals/services right we can work with lots of coins to look more appealing than fiat and improve NOBL demand/price at the same time.
I think this is really great idea! Our MarketPlace could become a hub, a big central place for crypto-commerce, but it needs a lot of work to get all the attention needed. I agree that we should invite other cryptos and somehow make it tempting for their communities - merchants, crypto-fans, perhaps also the devs. The percentages that Rofo mentioned are looking good, but atm I'm so tired I can see how this mechanism should look like and work. In the meantime we could share some examples of existing and functioning marketplaces, and disscuss what can we learn from them, which features are well made and which ones we (I mean, Rofo) do better For now, I have only one example, just because i opened the link right now: https://pock.iohttps://pock.io/gift-cardsThey claim to have 156 card and accept 14 cryptos. What do you think? Are they legit/popular (if yes/no - why)? Do you know any other similar places? NobleCoin Marketplace looks much better and proffesional IMO, but I don't know if its hot right now. PS. How is the cooperation with DMD team going in the Marketplace?

I agree. The marketplace/gift cards was just the first step. Ideally we want the marketplace to allow buying and selling of all things (hence vendors & auction house as well) to completely rule out the need for fiat/BTC transfers also. You wouldn't exchange/buy so often if you can pay for anything you need in $NOBL. They claim to have 156 card and accept 14 cryptos. What do you think? Are they legit/popular (if yes/no - why)? Do you know any other similar places? Pock.io is pretty good, we're currently having those as 1 of 3 of our target suppliers to add every gift card available to the marketplace. NobleCoin Marketplace looks much better and proffesional IMO, but I don't know if its hot right now. Nothing in this space is hot so much unless the Twitter/#coinmarkets names start the hype for it, though we get a good amount of promo. They're busy promising their own marketplace/OB forks rather than announcing our current marketplace/NobleRoad public Github because that hype to pump is currently one of the fads. We make the marketplace bigger and hotter each month and people are waking up. PS. How is the cooperation with DMD team going in the Marketplace? Very good, I'll be having a Skype with them today or tomorrow hopefully about not only the marketplace but PoS development. We may be working together much closer on both projects as we have good synergy. Unfortunately previous PoS arrangements seem to have fallen through, and DMD are stepping up.

Minor updates because I said MondayThis month you can expect: - Waiting to have a Skype call/further conversations with new partners about taking NOBL in the new PoW/PoS direction after further feedback, removing mining inflation and adding consistent and professional development to the wallet/protocol (since my focus has been on services). Hopefully working closer together between coins because of good synergy/offerings from both sides. - Gearing up details on 'profit-sharing' (used the term lightly - don't want to step on ARCH/SYNC toes as they have their own unique and powerful ideas) & Noble club membership allowing up to 50% discounts on Marketplace deals and group-buying promos, among other things for large stake-holders and 'investors' (medium-term funding, promo. & liquidity will play roles here - but deals will begin to be focused to reward holders & supporters - and encourage staking/buying - rather than non-community/supporters) - Details on our first foray into a 'parter-coin', which is more a funding round on a new platform that allows further benefits to NOBL holders, development projects & uses a different codebase as a 'hedge' and for those who will not prefer any specs. we move towards (will be slightly experimental) - Will be unveiling 250+ gift cards across EUR & America over the next few weeks on the Marketplace @ the regular 15% discounts - Steps v2 and furthering our charitable/crypto. roots in a way that doesn't affect NOBL price being dumped to cash out for fiat (affecting price/morale) - Gearing up the offers/details to allow other coins to promo. and list their coins on our Marketplace for a fee in NOBL (mostly to cover costs & add vol.), and in a way to share services/build relationships between coins to the benefit of all parties - NobleEscrow services after a number of requests. Hey, there are many people who still just want to trust that human element to aid in transactions/deals (at least for now) - A reminder it still seems we will be delisted from Mintpal v2. However, a sexy new competitor is entering the scene shortly and we may have good news on that front As mentioned, the delay in PoS was entirely my fault as I wanted to take the hard route and do something because it was difficult and stood out. My goal is to ensure the wait was worth it despite it not panning out exactly as I wanted and value/trust is regained in NOBL always moving forward (albeit somewhat slowly in particular areas at times). I actually think similar delays may have affected NAUT (although they are also patient and may simply have chosen not to cater to rushed individuals also), and that is why I can relate and appreciate their delays in the PoS roll-out also.

Yes. They are the first coin we've been enjoying improved relationships with and both have a decent amount to offer one another.

Seconded, noble price in big, usd in small. Might be less comfortable, but if it's to become a currency... Been on the todo list for too long. Just added them to the single product pages, will add them to category pages & show discount prices also this week, as well as re-style. - https://marketplace.noblemovement.com/product/10-playstation-store-gift-card-ps3-ps4-ps-vita-digital-code/Edit: 15% discount now shown correctly on single product page - will add prices to categories next.Edit: Now show on category pages with 15% already applied, will double-check & clean up tomorrow.

Interest for HYP. I will write about in the HYP development journal: don't reinvent the wheel, partner with the best (and for marketplace, I believe you are).

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/nobl/Is up and correct AFAICT, but did you compare your wallet amount to the address amount? Your wallet can have multiple addresses, including auto-generated "change" addresses, you can view them in the debug console by typing "listunspent"
