What's going on, losing shares, disconnects everywhere?
It's being ddossed or at least a lot of pools have been since yesterday. By other pools or miners looking to mine all for themselves? I'm seeing IPs that google searches connect to other coins. I won't name names, it's possible (just) that those IPs are dynamic and that whoever has them now and is the culprit is not who had them before, it's also possible (in fact, probable) they are infected botnet machines in a large part. There are several possible motives as I see it: - Big miners knocking over pools to hold diff down so they can mine more coins - Other pool owners attacking competitors pools - Other coin devotees attacking competing coins - Spotty teenagers with nothing better to do There are probably more, but speculating about the reasons won't get the problems fixed. I'm very grateful to everyone who's sticking with vtcpool.co.uk though all this, we will continue to work on it and deliver the highest level of service to you all that we can. |

Hahah, I was busy setting up my new rigs in the last week, sooo tired  Wow, I go to bed, wake up and see additional 15 pages of posts lol. It looks like I missed the whole Cryptsy delay saga. I'm glad it's working again now. If anyone is having problems with setting up their rigs with 270x's or 280x's please PM me, have a lot of experience with those and I am willing to assist. And if you find my advice helpful, donations are accepted sleep is for pussies  Today I slept from 8 am to 9 am and back here I made the last days so much money that i maybe gone sell 5% or something to build a mining rig! Does someone here have good advice what kind of hardware i need to buy? |

I did yes, someone managed to acces my cryptsy acc right after they got comfirmed at cryptsy while i was asleep. Deposit took me too long so i went to sleep, only to way up and see everything gone and the BTC transferred to a random BTC adress. The adres in my sig is not my personal adres, it's for marketing and promotion purposes |

You could still get a few. I don't believe this coin is at his highest yet. Not even close. Yeah i know, and i would definitely be getting more if i could but all my money was in that VTC batch.. Mining again atm. but it's terribly slow :p |
