that is right, especially if he buys at the high price and meanwhile the market is down like today then it still not good to sell right now and it is better to wait for the price increase later. we all still waiting for the market to recover and reach the highest price than the price we bought before so we can sell it to make a profit.

Usually ICO tokens's prices go down as soon as they go on exchange because most people don't trust them even if they seem doing well, the best time to sell you coins is when you say so, when you want to invest in a cryptocurrency or in anything you need to set a goal, you need to have a certain profit point at which you are going to say this is good for me and i am going to sell, but be careful not to greed and set you hopes high because i t might lead you to making wrong decisions.

For me, as I've observed, you should sell it when it reached ath so that you can buy more when it's down, and I will be doing it, its hard to hold a coin then see it go down, buy when people are afraid and sell when they get greedy.

Crypto value still volatile so it can change without being expect , so personally, I'm prefer to hold it as long as possible because as you can see crypto value always increase from year to year !

If you not prefer hold I suggest you try day trading with medium period ( 4H - day - week ), with this method you don't have see chart all time. For me, as long the price reach my stop loss or take profit point I'll sell it and face the result. You should prepare all possibility that might be happen with your transactions depend market trends. Not easy but practice make perfect.
