Best Time to Sell Altcoins

i hold a lot of altcoins. I don't want to spend a lot of time checking their prices. I only pay attention to the price of Bitcoin. If the BTC returns to 20K, I will sell them.

I feel you mate, i am also hodling some coins and waiting to sell them when btc reach 20,000 again. Bull run is only our hope so we can get high profit form hodling our coins.

Holding the top coins is understandable but selling it early is not. After reaching the 20k$ price I will sell my holdings too. Hope we will see that days as expected.

Altcoin is really not recommended for the long term, right what you say. if you really want to buy an altcoin it's better to buy one that already has a market and do research for a while, when the market has risen it is better to sell it immediately. lots of good altcoins and you can see at: https://coinmarketcap.com

I mean a best price in ALT/BTC pair.
