Earlier I sent $1700 to btc-e with liqpay as usual. BTC-E suddenly says they temporarily stopped accepting liqpay. Liqpay refuses to cancel the transaction and I have no further response from BTC-E support.   Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

Please help me  Cry Cry Cry

All submitted deposits will be credited to account!

Got credited. Thank you btc-e support!  Grin  You are running an excellent exchange!

It semms they are still not accepting liqpay. Don't use it until they have further announcement

That's not true!

@ btc-e.com

You say that BTC withdrawals attract fixed 0.01 BTC fee - but I know that's not true!

I just withdrew some BTC - I have requested withdrawal of 0.161 BTC, your website indicated that I will receive 0.16 BTC, but you actually sent me  0.1551 BTC

In addition to lying, you are also stealing from me!

Explain!

Numbers are rounded on BTC-E on display but are processed to the last satoshi, I find it inconvenient (this is not intuitive and I had to stop on the withdrawal page to understand exactly what was about to happen) but they don't cheat you.

0.1551 rounded to the next cent is 0.16. If they sent you 0.1551, you probably requested a withdrawal of 0.1651. If I were you I'll lookup the history to check.

I think I found a bug in the deposit process. I left a message to support on the site yesterday but didn't get an answer ("support" was marked "online" on the home page but I'm not sure in which timezone support is...).

Mined LTC coins to my LTC deposit address are not added to my account. I'm using LTC p2pool and thought that I could avoid maintaining a wallet by directly mining to the deposit address instead of transferring coins manually. p2pool works by splitting the generated 50LTC directly in the block, so the coins are generated, not transfered. The problem is: generated coins never show up in my BTC-E wallet.

Here is my deposit address:
http://ltc.block-explorer.com/address/Li2dx9ApBsNr2pHvWR86VigWMtHc6viL6o

mined coins are the smallest amounts beginning with 0.15115342 LTC (2013-04-01 14:59:00). I've stopped mining on p2pool with this address to minimize the problem (but p2pool is using PPLNS with a ~24h window, there will be more deposits like that).

There is something processing the mined coins deposited so BTC-E (there are transactions taking them away) so the BTC-E system clearly knows about the coins, but these aren't added to my wallet. This doesn't affect "standard" transactions (all are >1LTC if you want to quickly spot them), they still are added to my account.

Could someone at BTC-E look into this problem (and at least warn not to generate coins directly to deposit addresses until it is solved)?

Mined LTC coins to my LTC deposit address are not added to my account.

A BTC-E dev answered shortly after I sent a message to the "dev" profile on BTC-E: generated coins on a deposit address aren't supported currently and he/she is currently crediting the coins manually.

Too bad, p2pool payouts directly credited to my BTC-E wallet would have been quite a cool setup.

Alright, this is the kind of thing that sets off my pet peeve when dealing with financials...

<peeve>
Ya wanna round to 4 digits where you're showing the balance on the Buy LTC and Sell LTC parts of the trade page?

Well, ok... it annoys me, but I'm not pissed about that, because I can easily click on it to find out the real number...

But on the withdrawl page? I don't want to see rounded numbers. I want the real numbers that I'm dealing with.

The exchange is handling my money, and I want the real number down to the last satoshi. I don't need to explain it, or justify it, beyond the fact that it is _MY_ _MONEY_.

Don't just go rounding off the numbers because it is convenient for you. You have to give us the real numbers every single time, and the only time you should be rounding a number is if you can justify it about why it HAS to be rounded, and why you don't have any other choice available, but to round it.
</peeve>
