It seems like you've been mixing up Pandacoin (PANDA) (not us) and Pandacoin (PND) (us).

We're here to help but obviously we're not present on the side of the coin we are competing against.

Our IRC channel is #PandacoinPND on freenode.

Edit: To clarify - we are not competing against UTC, but against PANDA.

what is MIN stake time ... 1 month  ?

Huh
Answer:

Hello UCM`s!  Grin

Last night we had a very productive IRC meeting and we say thank you to everybody who attended, a few things were discussed and the general consensus was that we should try to turn the yearly POS into a weekly POS and that this should be 0.1% per week.We are still talking to a dev about this.

The second thing people agreed upon is that we should lower the N factor and keep it there for 1 year, this is also being discussed. We are aware of the N factor change today, but dont worry, this will be rolled back so bare with us for now.

The dev has informed us that letting people update so quickly without time to prepare can create a hard fork and damage the coin,so the most responsibe thing for us to do is let this N factor happen for now.

I am very pleased with some of the posts in here, The dev team is working very hard behind the scenes, but we can only do so much, we need your help.....Dcgirl, xwebnetwork and Jakob have lives to live aswell, and i have told them on multiple occasions i dont want UTC to suck up their entire life.I am most gratefull for their efforts and commitments, but as somebody just mentionend,we are just 5 people....

I also see some comments from people who think "it will die forever".this is offcourse nonsense. This price point does not reflect the actual value of a coin.value is much more then a number. Value is the community ,the team, the developments,.Lets be honest, this price is not caused by the dev team.this price is caused by:

1:people selling at this rediculus price
a battle to undercut the seller above you, makes sure we are on a steady decline in price

2:the lack of proper demand
The coin needs an actual purpose to exist, and services like the minecraft plugin to tap into communitys unrelated to crypto,to create a vast userbase to create proper volume

To the doom & gloom people i would like to say : please find a way to redirect your energy into something uplifting and contructive.
Ask yourself : How can i contribute? How can i make a difference?

Complaining is very easy and anybody can do it,but you acomplish absolutely nothing, and this is not what Ultracoin represents, its about making a change , and making a difference, and having core values. This UTC community is not large, i will admit that.BUT the people we DO have are absolutely fantastic. They pull through for us at every voting event. They stick with us even on a downslope graph, and for this i think i can speak for the team when i say, we are deeply gratefull for that.

SO!

what are some things anybody could do to help UTC?

-Tell people about it (facebook, twitter, real life)
-Talk about ultracoin in chatboxes
-Prove the doubters wrong and show howmuch we have accomplished in just 4 months

making a coin,
getting on 20 exchanges (including mintpal and cryptsy) , ( http://ultracoin.net/exchanges.html )
getting spending places like altoutlet,pock.io ,
being invited to represent UTC at the swedish bitcoin conference 2014,
forging a wonderfull relationship with bitcoinwoman and Dcgirl becoming a regular writer with great articles.
launching the ultra-arb tool,
making our own pool,
getting physical coins,
getting physical aluminium wallets,
getting service websites on board like wealthico, coinCPA,whattomine, countmycrypto, cryptocoinrank, ( http://ultracoin.net/services.html )
mobile services like bitcoin checker, bitcoin profit and cryptocurrency converter ( http://ultracoin.net/apps.html )
sponsering Elsa Hammond in her amazing endevour
3 succesfull wallet updates and upgrades

This list is nothing to look down on!

And think about what is yet to come :

ultra-arb premium,
our own multipool,
in game minecraft economy,
mobile wallets,

So when you think about it,the coin should really be 1 dollar at least to represent what we have done as a group and what we are going to do.Its up to you guys what happens,i know we as the team are doing our very best, but we are indeed just 5 people.Look at the beautifull aluminium wallets,We did not ask him to make that,he did that all by himself. This is the model for the UCM (Ultracoin community member).proactive,innovative,intelligent.

we need you!

It was rising and I was buying in on MintPal as the sell orders were small so easy to push up. But some idiot just sold at 4290 when the price was at 4999 so that has killed the momentum and now someone else has a sell at 4600 for 3,000 UTC. Do we think this is other multipools mining UTC and then dumping?

KC

no dude its just me

Ok, so why were you selling so cheap, am I missing something?

KC

@KAHIR

I have also this serious question to you...

Why you dump UTC coins for such that low price.... please can you explain Huh

+1

KAHIR,  KAHIR COME ON AND TELL US

Please tell us why you dump at such low prices against your own financial interest.
You are at that prices a thief of your own wallet.
Why you don't have patient and wait for a much higher prices so you get finally more BTC or dollars.
So please don't stay silent and tell us, maybe we all can learn something from it

Hmmmm, it is just a question to Kahir.

Don't forget; Kahir told him self loudly he was a dumper at that low prices and showed prove by a print screen of his sell.

Off course he has all the rights to sell at what ever price he wants.

The legitimate questions is just for us to learn as a community; Why is somebody (happy) with selling for that low prizes ??

Don't make it to "romantic"  as saying it is a witch hunt. Just as it is a good question.

So again Kahir come on and tell us and maybe we can learn something out of this  Wink

Don't turn it around please.
Nobody is hating.
It is just a serious question: why would anybody sell that low or lower price what is totally not in his/her interest and makes that person a thief of his own wallet and is totally not helping UTC with it.

But maybe ppl who are selling that low have legitimate reasons for selling that low.
Maybe they need to sell for some reasons.
Maybe they just are playing.
Who knows Huh

It was not finger pointing to you "as a seller" it is not a witch hunt.

I just try to understand an to learn and that's why the questions is

Me the same like the new H-factor. Temperature on the cards fell by 10 degrees Celsius compared to the previous H-factor. A great option for the summer. Ask developers to think, can reduce its costs e? Coins we get as much as before and the cards are heated much less. I was afraid that in the heat of summer will have to leave the production due to overheating UTC cards and other produce coins - less hot. Now I keep mine UTC because the temperature became lower because of the H-factor.

Friends, here is almost night we extract UTC with a new complexity. Let's share the results of the rate of production?

My Asus R9 280x GPU with 1100 have a speed of 17.5 kH /s with almost no errors (no more than 2-3 errors on the card within 10 minutes)
My Gigabyte R9 270x GPU with 1200 have speed 11.6 kH/ s per card (no more than 1-2 errors in 10 minutes).

Settings for 280x

SET GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
yacminer.exe --scrypt-chacha -o stratum+tcp://stratum.ultracoinpool.info:3333 -u barbados-2 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -R 8000 -g 1 -w 256 --buffer-size 2656 --lookup-gap 6 --xintensity 4  --auto-fan --temp-cutoff 86 --temp-overheat 80 --gpu-fan 80-95 2>logfile.txt

Settings for 270x

SET GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
yacminer.exe --scrypt-chacha -o stratum+tcp://stratum.ultracoinpool.info:3333 -u barbados-1 -p 1 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600 -g 1 -w 256 -R 10000 --buffer-size 1576 --lookup-gap 6 --auto-fan --temp-cutoff 90 --temp-overheat 85 --gpu-fan 75-95 2>logfile.txt

Hey, can anybody tell me why I get on http://ultracoinpool.info/ 2 times less coins than showing me the pool?
Though I WU almost coincides with the speed kH / s.

Earlier I was getting Meunier 50 coins, approx. Ie if the pool showed that I should get 350 coins a day, I actually got 300, and today almost all day pool showed me that I have 24 hours should get 550-650 coins, but in reality 12 hours I only got 160 UTC although had to get from 250 to 300.

As I've tale, WU me almost equal to the rate kH / s

HW 1-2 errors on the card within 10 minutes.

Hi there,
If you want to sell your coins for higher prices, maybe you should set the price higher.
Otherwise you're just a bunch of douches competing in a downward spiral, a.k.a. spiral of death.
Look at me for instance, I have a few kUTC to sell, but I wouldn't sell for less than 2.5BTC each.
So who's the most futile dude here?

Can I suggest in 24hours time (9pm GMT) we can all take to troll boxes and spread the work of UTC. I will be creating an account on Poloniex and trying to discuss UTC there. It would be very helpful if there were other UTC supports there too to help me out so it looks like I'm not just spamming.

I was on Cryptsy last night and was very surprised how many people didn't know about UTC. I got at least 8 people to look at the official site and DCGirls ultra-arb website. They all agreed it had the credentials to be a great coin. If I alone can do that in 2 hours imagine what we all could do if we arranged a huge UTC discussion on all troll boxes!

Hope to see u all in 24 hours.
