You guys do realize that no one is actually mining UTC right now don't you?  Someone could fork it with minimal hardware at this point.  The only thing you have going for you is that there isn't enough interest to do it right now.

If everyone is on multipool, you're doing yourself a disservice as a POW coin.  Something to think about.

You do raise a good point and it something we need to consider. The multipool might have to use some of the hash power to maintain UTC or some of the miners need to be encouraged to devote some of their cards at the dedicated UTC pool, nitro or a.n.other. It is going to be about balance and compromise

You know, once the multipool starts pulling in more than 43,200UTC a day, it would be impossible for the dumpers to keep dumping indefinitely...

The beautiful thing about man, is that he is full of greed, and everyone will always sell the coin for more than they paid for it. Then get paid out by the pool and sell again.

Whilst the pool slowly pushes up the market price, bit by bit Smiley

how much is it doing currently - is it realistic to get up to 43,200 per day?

This upcoming payout is roughly 14k
again; awesome job! http://www.cryptotrain.net/overview

My jaw nearly dropped at the last payout:

426.02 MH x11 Hashrate
221.06 x11 UTC/Day/MHs

22 x11 Workers
cryptcoin Active x11 Coin

426*221=94.146 UTC   that would be a nice buy up..  move your sell orders or mis the train... Grin

Personally, I am also now hosting Ltctrain.com, This will hopefully get a much broader scope of miners and then I will have a link to the UTC pool with advertisement about it.

As for the devs, I am unsure.

For me, that is a high payout. Considering I was only getting about 100 UTC a day mining it directly. But yes, that is a good point about mining actual Ultracoin to prevent a hard fork, is there a way where I can use one of my cards to mine from a regular pool? Or use some of my hash to mine the multipool and the regular pool at the same time? Can I prevent one of my cards from mining and just let it mine Ultracoin directly?

but if all the UTC people mine at the multipool that will raise the price, causing outsiders to start mining UTC because its so profitable, they will be the ones contributing to the network

This is 100% true. That or we will just build a bigger client base on Multipool and I will then re-theme thaigos pool, and try and make it look similar, then they will be known as the UTC pools, which people can comfortably switch between without any hassle or worry that they might lose coins etc etc. Theres also another pool around as well.

Once UTC picks up in price, and people realise just how profitable it is. Everyone with got bat shit crazy for it one way or another.

Wow, that's sensational! Welcome to Multi-pooling Tongue

Today was a really good day, we had 500MH/s almost as an average. That's what we need to function effectively! If we hit 1GH/s, The market will easily be pushed to a higher price!

Very easily. Then we will get a lot of miners on UTC and the multipool because of the price, the before you know it. We are just as popular as Vertcoin.

I just did a random check of UTC mining pools and found around 200 miners still mining in pools in the 3 I checked. Your statement that no one is actually mining UTC is  blatant FUD. Go away troll.

I'm hoping Bumface will mine on ltctrain.com with his asics, Since that will now make in a return investment plus also help the UTC multi-pool for extra profits.

Just ignore the troll, do not feed it.
