Yup, 32bit windows isn't enough...you need 64bit and at least 6gb with windoze.

From what I read, Yacminer shows greater than normal hashrates but orphans a lot of shares. I wouldn't personally use it because it overheats my GPUs like never before.

Would love to get a bug report if this is happening to you.  Or if you just "read" it, please share the link, I would love to read it myself.

32 bit Windows 7 should work fine. I run 32 bit XP with Nvidia with no issues. I would run ATI but there is no Opencl or SDK support for 7xxx or R9xxx cards for XP.  Lookup-gap 4 is needed for 4GB ram. One other thing you might want to try is to uninstall your driver and the SDK package. Run driver sweeper after after you uninstall the video driver to clean up all the crap left behind. Reinstall the driver but not the SDK package and see how that works. The driver package should install everything you need without the SDK. (works on win7 64 bit so it should work on 32 bit also.) Good luck.

You'll never know what you're living for until you know what you're willing to die for.
Never look back, something might be gaining on you.

Longtime holder here, with the new wallet update, should the wallet be online all the time for minting? Thats a bummer if it is so.

Horus has informed me cryptsy has now updated the UTC source.

I just updated the blockchain viewer source. Block info's updated now:
http://bitgo.pw:3731/chain/Ultracoin

By the way if you see "confimed" in you wallet the transaction is confirmed. It doesn't matter if the block viewer site is showing correct result.

I agree relexmk. But that's where it is right now on all the POS coins, if I'm not mistaken. I had suggested previously that some sort of rechargeable battery powered mobile wireless device be created. Woudn't that be cool. But now we are talking patenting hardware, programming, and some way to sync to the wallet and be able to unlock minting via password. Which would mean it would need some sort of programmable touch screen display. And then again, what happens if your ISP temporarily quits. Yet, I see that as not happening as frequent as power outages that plague my area. It would need to be able to resync itself to a wireless system if ISP did shut down temporarily. I'm clueless at all that. But I think it currently has a demand and therefore, a future. It would pay for itself in probably less than 2 or 3 years. I live in Florida, USA. Other than (I think) Rwanda, Africa, we are 2nd in line to the claim, "lightning capital of the world". It's going to be a bummer this summer when I will have to be at work and my power will go out at my house from thunderstorms.

Anyone got the resources to build and patent that? I think you'd make some money!!!

For what it's worth... I haven't had any issues with my cards when AMD sends me link that they have new version to download. It hasn't affected my cards mining Kh/s

Here is the most stable I could get my rig and Kh/s per card (usually stabilizes at 17Kh/s, drops when I take a screenshot).
img...
try this with ultracoinminer (not yacminer):
--scrypt-jane --sj-nfmin 4 --sj-nfmax 30 --sj-time 1388361600 --intensity 12 --vectors 1 --worksize 256 --lookup-gap 4 --thread-concurrency 36864 --shaders 2048 --temp-cutoff 95 --temp-overheat 85 --temp-target 65 --gpu-dyninterval 7 --gpu-threads 2 --hotplug 5 --log 5 --temp-hysteresis 3 --shares 0 --no-submit-stale -Q 0 -s 1 -E 1 --gpu-engine 1100,1100 --gpu-memclock 1500,1500

you should get around 45-50khs with 280x

Weak hands. Smiley People often forget that BTC was worth fractions of a penny for a VERY long time before growing. And that's fine. We want natural, steady growth. Of course, everybody wants to get rich quick, but its not a desirable route when attempting to break the mold. UTC is doing just that. The momentum is slow, yes, but it is consistent and gaining traction. In due time, my friends.
