Bumface / DcGirl & Dev team,

Now that the major problems with the wallet have been resolved do you a roadmap for future features? For many people the wallet maybe the only interaction the devs and community have with the miner so it might be a good way to differentiate our wallet from all the other alt-coins. Here are some ideas:

  • Ticker for the UltraCoin price
  • Ticker banner for news related to UltraCoin
  • Tab for information from Ultra-Arb site
  • Two-factor authentication to make the wallet Ultra-Secure

You should be able to tweak out your GPU settings if you follow the mining pool settings all the while using Thirtybirds updated YaCoin miner download. https://github.com/Thirtybird/YACMiner/releases

Cheers!!

Great ideas!

Interesting thoughts KC.
I might add, I still think the idea of a ticker for total UTC amount currently being "minted" (if such a thing could be calculated in real time) would also be beneficial for potential miners/investors or existing miners/investors who wish to buy in or sell out at the current market price.  Whether it's info would be on the official website or the wallet.

Yet regardless, you Dev's deserve a gracious applause and have proven again and again that you are here to keep this coin's future bright and protect it's community.
Hope you all have a blessed and well deserved weekend!!!

Thank you so much. If only "untalented" was here to give the "Gatsby" meme he posted on page 664.
It seems fitting at a time like this!!

Cheers all!!

Hi Guys
I have tried to mine UTC for over a month, I use Yacminer and have read through this thread for settings but no matter what I do shares  do not get accepted.
 gpu's are 7850's with 8 gig memory, running windows 7  64bit

Note I can mine every other coin without issues. Undecided

From what I read, Yacminer shows greater than normal hashrates but orphans a lot of shares. I wouldn't personally use it because it overheats my GPUs like never before.

@BUMFACE and @dcgirl ;

IMPORTANT about the new wallet !

I downloaded today the V1030 and it is fully synct.

Next today I sent from my Cryptsy account some transactions to my wallet on my laptop.
This went ok and the wallet received all the incoming transactions.
But looking now at the block explorer those incoming transaction ID's are not in the chain Huh

Next I sent 3 transactions from my wallet to my Cryptsy account.
At checking the transactions in my wallet I can see there are more than +600 confirmations of each transaction.
So looking at this i must think the outgoing transactions from my wallet to Cryptsy has to be ok.

But now the second problem ;

At my Cryptsy account the incoming transactions are after many hours still not received.
I can only see at my Cryptsy account that these incoming transactions are still Pending Deposits fore many hours. Still with zero incoming conformations.
Also here, very strange, looking at the block explorer those outgoing transaction ID's are also not in the chain Huh

What can here to be the problem Huh

I think this problem is with the block explorer site, the wallet is fully tested and 100% ok. we are working with some community members about making a second blockexplorer.the people working on this are scrypto and bret Smiley

the second problem might be at cryptsy`s end, im not sure.I do know that an un-updated wallet can still send and recieve UTC from an updated wallet....

I advise you to contact cryptsy about this issue ,please keep me informed about the situation
