we may sell the script but not the whole site+domain itself but first i want to see all orders and withdraws completed. if there are any news I will post it here.
Not sure that really makes sense. Personally id like to buy bitmit as is and get the domain as that is what has value. THe script does have some value but not nearly as much as the site its self.
I agree with this. I don't think we've ever really had a "bad" tosaki, so the domain's still worth a fair amount - certainly more than the code by itself, and that's no dismissal of the code. I haven't run across a BitMit-like site doing its job better than BitMit.
From the consumer's perspective, I'd much rather have someone pay for the reputation (domain) of BitMit rather than just the script. No offense meant, but any scammy bastard could buy a
BTC5 script, run it for a bit, then disappear. There's a reassurance, though, when someone pays extra for a reputation. The premium functions exactly like a security deposit because it's going to take years of high-volume success for me to consider using a site running your code. I need a certain amount tied up in reputation for me to use it, y'know? The more they pay, the better. When Voorhees published the SD deal, it was very obvious the new owners were in it for the long haul just by how much they paid.
... I still think you're bluffing and just having us do your testimonials, though.
Obviously, it shows an almost unreasonable amount of integrity (... these days...) to make sure everyone's happy before closing down. Most people would just decide to shut down the site in a week, give people that week to withdraw, and pocket everything remaining. Idunno... guess it just has us all scratching our heads. I was paid more than I anticipated, so... all the best.
