ordered on 1-29 and ... "ready for ups" from 2-08

why ?

Maybe because the 8th was a Saturday.
My order is in the same status.
I think the "Ready for UPS" just means they used UPS's online systems to print a shipping label.
Maybe UPS do not collect until the Monday end of day, like they do in Europe??

just perfect...an exception
Code:
Koeln, Germany 10.02.2014 11:54 Package not released through clearing agency system - document inspection required
Shenzhen, China 10.02.2014 16:12 Origin Scan
China 08.02.2014 6:17 Order Processed: Ready for UPS
I received a UPS 'exception' email for both of my orders and they arrived without a problem. UPS might contact you to pay the customs before they deliver... that's my experience.

Clarification: these were not part of this batch, but previous batches from Bitmain.

If you think it's already noisy as it is, don't overclock as it sure won't make it more quiet.
I personally like to clock S1's at 375Mhz (~190GH/s) as I kind of feel 400Mhz is a bit too harsh for the device.
Just personal opinion, I know that many people have clocked them to 400Mhz and used them for long times without problems.

All orders were picked up at 4:16 P.M. so I guess yours has not reached the destination country yet.

How the miner is being declared in customs declaration and what is the declared price?
Is it possible to send over EMS instead of UPS?
Sent an email to seller several days ago, but no one have replied yet.

Thank you.

Thank you.

The miner is declared as "Computer Game Gateway" - price $120.

If you want other service other than UPS mark it on your order.
