What will happen to those " Unable to locate" txn ids, will they ever get confirm or lost forever.

Same situation with ETH withdrawal.

Same with me too, waiting since yesterday for Ethereum withdrawals, Txid shows unable to locate, we must need to quit this exchange because Support service isn’t replying for many days.

I have requested two withdrawals of Ethereum yesterday and show the same error "Sorry, We are unable to locate the Transaction Hash", following are the Txid's:

0xed13b8ca82c7c9cc51abf635dc04e8603dbf0900b35abd996c446722f105ca5a

I don't know how to deal with this exchange, has high potential of trade but these issues halt its progress!

I am facing same situation from yesterday. I am contacting the support
but their excuse "those processes went fine" are pointless I think.

The transaction id is just issued at only in their node at the moment (withdrawal), but maybe their ETH node does not announce this to other peer.
yea, we could not find our transactions on representative block explorers.

same thing happened with me
i made a withdrawal of 12894 mcaps.(worth 1.4 bitcoin)
the etherscan shows unable to locate the transaction hash
the transaction id is:

only an automated reply from support saying the transaction hash looks valid after that no reply since 2 days.
something needs to be done.

I changed the phone and wanted to add 2FA verification on the new phone. I turned off 2FA and the exchange blocked my account for 7 days. I've been waiting for over a week and I can not log in. Has anyone had this too? Is it normal? Is there any chance to access your account and recover tokens?

You are right, we must do something to recover our coins and then quit this exchange forever even spread the news of “Scam Alert” against this exchange because it has stolen our coins several times and nothing returned ever nor provided a good response..
