I just deposited 0.088 BTC to my account. I only read later that it won't get on my balance.
Will I recieve it the 20th of january. or is it gone...
Not really professional to not let your customer CLEARLY know that they can't deposit. Lost 1000 dollars because of this.
Please help

For us we tried to withdraw before they go on vacations, both of you simply didn’t read (on the homepage and on the widrawal / deposit page on the top and you cry... Yes, the thing they are doing is unorthodox but they announced it. Not checking anything and sending your money there or forget withdrawing is your own fault. Still, i can't believe they have gone vacation for one month. |

Guys. I'm really worried. I had 50k XBY in C-CEX and now I can't log in. Whenever I enter the 2FA it takes me straight back to the log-in page. Did anyone resolve this issue??

Can't log in here. It just takes me back to the sign in page.
Also have 5000 coins in an unconfirmed state that I sent 2 weeks BEFORE they went on vacation. They went on vacation without fixing it.
The only reason I'm waiting for Jan 20 now is so I can transfer everything I have out of C-CEX. It is inexcusable to say that because they issued some sort of warning, it's our fault their system doesn't work and they're unwilling to fix it until Jan 20.
They have lost a customer. I will NEVER do business with C-CEX again.
